This is one of the best hospitals I’ve ever visit! It combines high quality of medicine services with perfect organisation, communication and translations service. I want to send my sincere thanks to Professor Ahmed Tunc Özdemir fra department of urology. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and always ready to help! I warmly recommend professor to all the patients who need a really skilled doctor who is always willing to do his best for helping! He has in addition, very kind and generous personality! My sincere thanks goes further to coordinator Alisher and translator Gulnaz. Alisher is a perfect example of the right person on the right place. He possess executive management skills and it is a pleasure to communicate with him. He is expert to organise, coordinate and give a quick feedback. He is always smiling and polite. Alisher is always trying to solve all the problems on a best way and is a really good listener and communicator. Last but not least I want to express my sincere gratitude to translator Gulnaz! Gulnaz is extremely talented, professional, kind and supportive person ! She is the person you will be happy to meet when you are far from home and need help to understand a different language. I will strongly recommend that hospital to everyone who needs a health care with exceptional organisation and high quality of care and services . Alisher who is a coordinator is an extraordinary person. Translator Gullnaz is also one of a kind. I have no words to describe how grateful I am to have met them. I won’t talk about the way this clinic conducts business, namely that the price starts to rise when you are already there and your passport is with the registrar, all this is nothing, if there was a result, but the result is this - Urology of this institution is completely bottom, here in the bookcomed they praised that you will have a professor, and so, a professor who, as it turned out, specializes in child circumcisions, spent at most three minutes on me when providing tests and descriptions of the disease, and two on the results and treatment prescriptions, well, okay, I think, the professor, he treats in a second, but no, I was treated, the result is zero, just zero. And you understand this: time, money and most importantly health, there are still a lot of moments, but you can close your eyes to all this, if you were cured, if you at least tried to think about it

We are pleased with the staff and all the support we got from Registering, through the examinations, to the transfer to airport we needed directly from the hospital. Doctor's exeprtise was at a very high level, our translator was great and assisted with everything needed, the hospital is clean and comfortable, offering Wi-Fi access, places to rest, charge devices, eat, etc.

After I got the address of the doctor needed, I managed to see him, but everyone was surprised by my visit. The doctor was not aware that I was going to meet him, the staff were all surprised. They were not aware of bookmed at all neither did they know the focal person who linked me with the hospital. The doctor told me he would send a preliminary report on the patient. I never got the report. Please let me know what happened? Is it scam or something?

Everything was organised quickly and efficiently. Transfer to the clinic and preparation for surgery. Good escort around the clinic and pleasant staff.

I didn't like the way the clinic treated me. I was subjected to treatment without any prior consultation. I only saw the doctor they recommended once after insisting on it. And he acknowledged that the treatment I was being given was not appropriate.
