The qualification and attitude of the medical staff and the doctor is above all praise. There is an interpreter coordinator, which makes the process so easy. I express my sincere gratitude to Bookimed, in particular to the medical coordinator on the Bookimed platform Christina and the coordinator of the SoracaMed clinic in Antalya and translator Valeria. I went to Antalya on a tourist trip to Turkey. I only had 2 days in Antalya. And Christina was able to quickly find me a dental clinic in Antalya. I needed a crown placed on an implant. And Valeria, many thanks to her, was able to quickly come to an agreement with Dr. Göksel Kalyaz. Our tourist group arrived in Antalya in the evening of March 20th. At a time convenient for me, a term was immediately assigned that same evening. By the time I arrived, the abutment needed for the implant I had installed had been found. I arrived at the clinic late, but Valeria and the doctor were waiting for me. All procedures necessary to make the crown were performed. And on March 21, at 15:00, the crown was made and I was assigned a term at that time. I had a crown installed. There was no inflammation or pain after the crown was installed. I rate the organisation of the treatment five points out of five! I have no complaints about the medical staff and the quality of treatment so far and I hope I will not have any later. The only thing that marred the overall good impression was that initially I was promised a jaw of 14 teeth and the price was calculated accordingly. When taking impressions, I specified how many teeth I was told 14, and silently put 12 and did not inform me, I immediately noticed myself and I was refunded the money for the missing teeth. In addition, in the process of treatment it turned out that I need to install 2 implants and three crowns in another place and I paid for this work, but only at home I found out that I instead of 3 teeth installed only 2. I informed the administrator Natalia about this two days ago, but I still haven't received any answer from her and no refund of the overpaid amount. It is a pity that the good work of specialists is overshadowed by such circumstances. And if the administration of the clinic behaved differently, I would recommend this clinic to all my friends all over the world, of whom I have many, with a clean soul and a great desire. But for now I will not do it.

Regarding my visit to the clinic, first of all I would like to thank Dr Sava! For his professional approach to his work, for his meticulousness in fitting and placing teeth! If he did not like something he redid without hurry, without nerves and sent for redoing in the laboratory! In a word, a great man! I made myself new teeth And put implants, The doctors are wonderful professionals. I am delighted with how everything is set up. I lived in a luxury hotel. Thanks to Bookimed for the recommendations and support, I could not have done it myself.

I am from Denmark. I am visiting the clinic for the second time with various dental problems and also aesthetics. I was always met at the airport on time and even with flowers. I was accommodated in a good hotel with breakfast included and paid for - this is also important. Transportation from the hotel to the clinic and back or, if desired, to any point in Izmir. In the clinic, translators are always nearby who participate in the treatment process and answer all questions. Doctors (young) work quickly and efficiently. There are also dental technicians who quickly make crowns - literally before your eyes. Teeth scanning is also done in the clinic. The atmosphere is very friendly, relaxed. There are a lot of clients from different countries with whom it is pleasant to discuss common problems. After completing the work, clients receive a quality guarantee - for 5 years in my case. Upon returning to my country, I can always ask a question by phone and receive a quick answer.

I visited the clinic from the UK to have 28 crowns. I have to admit I was sceptical. Mavidenta clinic stood out to me for fairness and reviews so I followed this through with them. Bookimed was consistent and answered all my questions prior offering support. The clinic connected me and made all the arrangements including transfers from the airport to the clinic and hotel. I booked my hotel separately as I wanted self catering and an apartment. I made sure I was within a close travel distance to the clinic. When I arrived at the clinic I was met by a translator who explained everything. I met with the Dr who was truly an expert in her field. The clinic was spotlessly clean , modern and staff were also the same. I discussed my treatment plan again at the clinic as it appeared I would need some root canal work and filling which were additional. I also upgraded the quality of the crowns. I paid half of the treatment up front and reserved the rest for the end. The treatment took 6 days and I was at the clinic 5 of the days. Total time at the clinic each day would range from 1hr too 5hrs. I was given prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relief. The entire process was reflective of the cost and quality. The clinic was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but it was and did deliver a high quality finish and service. I don't believe you could get much better. If your hesitant about visiting don't be. For me this was worth every penny. Tips and things to be aware of: If your paying by debit or credit card you will need to pay local tax. If you pay cash you don't. Don't expect this to be a pain free process. It's dental work. However the clinic and staff are super professional and your given pain relief. Allow yourself a few days extra at the end of the treatment so if there are any complications you can sort them out and allow yourself time to enjoy parts of the city at the same time. Try and book accommodation close to the rail network or within a 30 min walk. Overall I was highly satisfied with the entire process and would recommend the clinic and process to anyone who is thinking of visiting

The disadvantage is that you have to wait a very long time for your appointment with the doctor. The appointed time does not correspond to the actual appointment. But the doctors are competent, listen to the patient's wishes, work quickly and efficiently. Thank them very much for their services. I was met at the airport and escorted to the hotel. Then they took me to the clinic and back every day, which was very convenient. I was welcomed at the clinic and all the services were performed. The staff and doctors are very attentive and professional. The crowns were done and fitted within the stated time frame. One of them for some reason did not hold up well, but the next day everything was corrected quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with the result and the work of the clinic and the interpreter's support. I recommend not to fly away immediately after the services are performed, but to give yourself an opportunity to observe for 1-2 days.
