I just want to say that WestDent clinic was very welcoming, and all the staff are great. They really do make you feel comfortable and are consistently making sure that you are okay, and helping to allay any concerns you may have. The clinic itself is very clean and the level of care provided is first class. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering dental treatment in Turkey. I have recently returned home after having all of my teeth extracted and 12 Zirconia implants placed in my jaws, 6 in each jaw. I currently don't have any teeth as my gums need to heal properly before I return in four months. To be honest, the fact that I don't have any teeth doesn't really bother me. I just feel grateful to have had all my teeth removed as they were very overcrowded, my front upper teeth were buckled and I had a few broken teeth also. I am due to return to WestDent clinic in January (2026) to have my new Zirconia teeth installed and any adjustments to be made, ensuring that I return home next time with a perfect smile. If you are reading this while considering dental treatment, just take the plunge. I am so happy that I went ahead with my treatment. Every other patient I spoke to during my visit was really happy with the clinic and the treatment they received.

We had a crown and a filling done promptly at the clinic. The coordinator Valeria was very helpful and advised with everything I asked her about and translated everything to the doctor promptly. Bookimed was so helpful and extremely nice. Everything they told me was to the detail accurate. I was very nervous about this because we’d never traveled that far before, just so many unknowns. But from the minute we were picked up from the airport we felt completely comfortable. Even with the language barrier, there were tons of laughs, smiles and hugs. I liked everything, pleasant staff, comfortable, qualified doctors. The first step on arrival at the clinic was an examination, a panoramic image. I had not had a panoramic image before, there were changes in my treatment, but I was prepared for them, as I knew the condition of my teeth. After my consent, I had 21 zirconium crowns placed, 3 teeth extracted and 4 implants placed. My visit was 4 days. Everything went well. In half a year I can go for implant crowns. I think I made the right choice.

I had the first stage, namely removal and implantation, and to tell you the truth, everything went as well as possible, painless and professional. Excellent and confident team of doctors who know what they are doing and do it to the highest standard. The presence of an interpreter at every stage of the clinic, and online support after the procedures, was very convenient. Comfortable transfer, and excellent accommodation in a good hotel with all amenities😊

The quality of the zirconia based crowns are poor. They turned yellow in a week. I would be posting audio and actual video of my experience at this clinic on google reviews and yelp with subtitles shortly. I highly recommend if you are from the USA and are accustomed to our medical standards you would be greatly disappointed. Save your money and do not go to any dental clinic in Turkey as the standards of service and quality of product is way below the worse dental clinic you can find in the USA.

I am still at the beginning of the process of implants and zirconia crowns, so I can't say anything about the overall result. As for my first visit to the clinic, I liked everything about it, with the exception of the minor disadvantages, which look so small against the background of all the other advantages that they are not worth mentioning. The clinic was modern and comfortable, the staff was attentive and polite. Bookimed coordinators were always on call and always answered any questions in detail. The shuttle service was timely and comfortable at all times of the day. The hotel in the city centre within walking distance to the seafront, attractions and shopping was just perfect, the hotel staff were lovely and kind people, breakfast (though vegetarian) was included. In addition, the hotel does not correspond to what the clinic undertakes to provide, which is important for patients. There are no questions to the surgeon - he works professionally. Very helpful doctor-coordinator Ivan, who does not leave without help at any moment, as well as Bookimed agent Alina. Still, I would like the staff to work more quickly.

Review of YEG Clinic Istanbul I would like to share my experience of my first visit to YEG Clinic Istanbul. My impressions are extremely positive! From the very beginning everything was organised at the highest level: I was met by a transfer, taken to the hotel, shown and told everything in detail. The next day I had my appointment at the clinic. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Throughout the whole visit, I was accompanied by a coordinator who helped me to communicate with the doctors, translated and explained each stage of the procedure - thanks to this there were no difficulties. The dental implant procedure was quick and absolutely painless. Despite having six implants, the whole operation took only about an hour! I am now going through the implants' engraftment phase and everything is going great at the moment - I feel great and am looking forward to my second visit to the clinic.
