Dr. has a Master's Degree in Hospital and Health Institution Management and has worked in many institutions, such as the Ministry of Health Haseki Training and Research Hospital and Bezmialem University. He received his medical degree from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. He completed his ENT residency at Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University, where he now serves as an Associate Professor.

Dr. Sarica has performed hundreds of advanced ear, nose, and throat surgeries. His experience includes complex head and neck tumor resections and endoscopic procedures. Dr. Süleyman Hilmi Yilmaz, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in otorhinolaryngology.
