The whole experience was excellent! The medical team was extremely professional and Dr.Gross, the urologist I met, gave me several options for treatment and together we decided on a path to take if any of the options fail. He was very clear and understanding, and his english was exceptional. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity to get my life back! Dr.Shevchuk was extremely friendly and professional; one of the most caring people I've ever dealt with. She was always ready to help, and even went out of her way to find solutions for me. Dr.Lynnyk was communicating with me regularly and efficiently, making things easier for me during my trip.

I was received in profesional manner, being asked about my medical status. We received all the information requested prior to the consultation and Dr. Gross is truly a leading urologist, an expert passionate about his job.
