"I was extremely satisfied with everything that happened to me at this wonderful hospital"
I was extremely satisfied with everything that happened to me at this wonderful hospital. I don't think that there is a hospital in Asia which can compare with this one. From the doctors to the nurses and all other personell in this hospital ALL are competent, very polite and friendly - the only small criticism that I have is that unfortunately many don't speak English very well, that's a great shame. What is important for women to know about radiation therapy for breast cancer?

  • The latest generation radiotherapy units are the safest. They are equipped with a 3D modeling system, with which doctors determine the optimal dose of radiation and direct the beam to the tumor with millimeter accuracy without damaging healthy tissue.
  • The newer the installation, the more effective the procedure. CIS hospitals have systems of 2003-2008 installed, which were already in use abroad. Clinics in Turkey, Israel and Germany are equipped with 2013-2018 systems.
  • Radiation therapy with the latest generation device will pass quickly. 1 session of irradiation with the latest equipment lasts 10-15 minutes. For comparison, radiotherapy with old devices takes 30-60 minutes.

Bookimed has collected clinics around the world where you can get radiation therapy for breast cancer. The rating of hospitals is formed based on the choice of our patients. Leave a request on the site, and the coordinating doctor will contact you. He will answer your questions about the treatment, give you an idea of its cost, and make an appointment with the clinic.
