We really liked the Physiomer hospital, it is very cozy and comfortable here. A big plus for the team, especially Melih, he helped us a lot on organizational issues. The physiotherapists are very patient and kind. Hussein and Zhannan are the best in their business. We have been choosing places where they can help us for a long time and we were not mistaken in choosing Physiomer, our little one was happy to work with this team.

The staff is very polite and attentive. My request for a consultation with a gastroenterologist was satisfied promptly - immediately on the second day of my arrival at the clinic. Sessions with specialists (with physiotherapist and occupational therapist) for 2 hours a day are very useful, as even in Latvia, where I used to be in rehabilitation, a session lasted only 0.5 hours. I wish your clinic further success in rehabilitating patients. I am very satisfied! Thank you!

We thank Fizyomer Clinic for the attention to our family, for the kind and responsive staff, for the professional approach to the treatment of our baby Michelle, we thank every employee of the hospital for their invaluable work, for choosing the profession of helping disabled people, for the organisation of everything: daily transfer, excellent hotel in the room kitchen where you can prepare home-cooked food for your child, as well as excellent two meals a day with delivery to the ward in the hospital, but most importantly it is an attitude of love to your child and the experience of the physiotherapists: D The most important thing is that it brought us great joy to see the progress in the treatment of our baby Michelle. All the staff work as one friendly team. The hospital also offers various cosmetic procedures as well as the installation of implants in a short period of time with the help of laser technology. Nobel rehab offered my mother, who had a stroke, a good program. It included both traditional methods, such as massage, physiotherapy exercises, a swimming pool, and modern methods using robots. Mom is going through an intensive rehabilitation course. I want to note the respectful and caring attitude of the staff. Living conditions and food completely suit my mother.

The clinic is beautiful, but not for ordinary people. I can say about the doctors of the clinic that ordinary doctors, like everywhere else, are not interested in patients, and money is not interested. Those who are interested in patients are coordinators, doctors are organized, they went to Istanbul for rehabilitation, only Alexander helped us, thanks to him a lot. It is a great desire that the doctors of the clinic also work as the coordinator doctors work, consult with them before you go.

The Head Doctor is a great person with humility and patience to treat his patients well
Please check your facts as the hospital is very expensive for Turkey. However, very good facilities, most staff are committed and know their jobs well. The Head Doctor is a great person with humility and patience to treat his patients well. However, I am not aware of who is behind him and may influence some decisions. The facility should invest and innovate more. There are not enough staff and the patient’s progress suffered as a result. High turnover rate. I am quite surprised that the management team or main representative never once visited my family member, a long-term patient. Some nurses need to be trained as they lack essential customer service skills. Overall, good hospital with quality infrastructure and amenities. In this rehabilitation block, the patient rooms are mostly small and the bed-chair is very uncomfortable for long-term attendants. I would recommend the Hospital of course! We had a good experience despite few setbacks. Most problems were addressed professionally but the truth has to be told. It took some personal time and energy and the quality standards need to be there. We are not dealing with retail but health and you cannot expect your patients not to be demanding when they spend/pay a lot for medical care in Turkey.
Communication and goal sharing. Compassionate and well experienced. Very nice and seems knowledgeable. Speaks English well, problem-solver!
Ratings of hospital services. Recommendations and follow-up with hospital management on patient issues. Most contacts at the hospital are junior staff and problems not solved critically.
