She was Avialable at every Hour we bothered her. She was Very Friendly and sweet. We enjoyed her company and she made us feel Like Family. SHe was what made our whole experience a Success. The Professor was the Exact Same. They made my Procedure worth it.
Every part of the Process was Good when it started to GREAT by the Time the Surgery started to the Care I received before and after the Surgery itself.
My Only Complaint was not all the Staff Spoke English. But we made it.

Nothing major. Took a little time to get my final report (about a week). The doctors assistant was apparently sick but I was happy regardless since the results of the colonoscopy and endoscopy were given immediately after the procedure.

Honest review!!! Had a gastrochecap! I was satisfied with the procedure! Fast, competent, everything was clear and accessible! The price is average (in Germany, for example, the same procedure is three times more expensive 🤷‍♂️)! The whole procedure lasted 20 minutes under sedation! Results and recommendations were immediately within 5 minutes after the procedure! During the procedure (endoscopy and colonoscopy) I did not feel the slightest discomfort! I can confidently recommend this clinic! Personally, I was satisfied 👍

I liked only the well-coordinated work of the team of radiologists The rest of the review is negative and if to describe all that I had to experience during the days of examination, what moral, psychological and physiological trauma I received, this report will take 2-3 pages. We returned to the hospital for an unplanned, emergency visit after my father's usual post-transplant check ups. I can't thank enough Aliser for being so helpful and available in arranging everything last minute (on a Sunday!). The doctor's expertise and empathy is second to none. I would especially like to thank our surgeon Dr. Yuzer and Dr. Ahmet for their expertise, kind support and care. We feel in safe hands.

Firstly, the examination was at 2 pm, the day before the examination they wanted to postpone it to 11 am. I arrived from another country early at 12 pm. I filled out the documents in 30 minutes and sat in the corridor until 5 pm (I didn't eat anything for almost 24 hours). It was agreed to do an ultrasound and gastroscopy with a biopsy. They only did a gastroscopy. No one returned the money for the biopsy. At first they served foreign clients, they told me to wait until the end of the working day. Horrible attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Ukrainians for sure... they have a different attitude towards foreign guests..)))

We did not go to the clinic, we sent histology for review. Answers waited a long time and pulled out, we can say with forceps. All the answers were very concise, constantly had to ask for the addition. They paid for the advice of the doctor, but in fact did not receive it. In general, this hospital disappointed us.
