Honest review. Preparation before the operation first took place online with the manager (Yulia) . 24/7 in touch, Julia provided assistance in all matters that interest me regarding the operation. Having chosen the date of the operation, having bought tickets, I flew to Istanbul. There I was met by a transfer and taken to the hotel, which, accordingly, was reserved even earlier for me. The hotel is 5 stars, the room is very decent. Polite staff. Breakfast is also included. The next day, the operation (hair transplant) in the morning a car comes for me and we go to the clinic. First, I sign an agreement and they take a blood test from me. The haircut is already in the clinic, photographs are taken (as it was before and after) and we proceed to the operation itself. The clinic looks ordinary, not to say that it is super clean or very dirty. And now it's time for the operation itself. I will call it Turkish series. During the whole operation, employees talk about everything in the world. If only I had a couple more days like this and I would have learned Turkish (and this all happens above your head (30 cm). Anyone could come into the office at that time and some other doctors, employees, cleaning lady. The doctors themselves allow themselves to pick up the phone, talk. And this is all during the operation. Singing songs. Discussing series. Family problems. At some point, I would not be surprised if friends with a barbecue came to them, started making a barbecue, brought a toastmaster and played a wedding there. What can I say .... Turks (but in general, nice guys) I accepted it all, because I was worried about one thing - a good result. I had 4500 grafts transplanted. Her level of empathy was touching. When I arrived, I received outstanding support from Aliser Durdiyev, who coordinated the entire process — from reception and medication procurement to scheduling the treatment. None of this would have been possible without Hanna Karvatska, who connected all of us who has deep personal and professional connection with people here, and I’m deeply grateful to her, Alisar, and the doctor for their support and professionalism. I couldn’t of gone through this journey without Guifer, she’s been such an integral part of me committing to the surgery, before, during & aftercare she has held my hand throughout, even at 01:30am calling me to ensure I got into my cab to airport ok, incredible lady, backbone of the international clientele..Dr Esra & her team have been great, fantastic facilities, super clean/hygienic & Dr Esra is super knowledgeable, no 1 in her field, highly recommended…I’m looking forward to coming back next year for further works - this is day 3 of surgery, so far so good, will update later on actual results once swelling goes down - thank you to all!

My hair transplant experience in Turkey at Quartz Clinic Ahlem raddaoui was excellent — great medical service and professional staff. The only thing that could be improved is communication. They say support is available 24/7 via WhatsApp, but in reality, it seems there are specific hours when responses are quicker. It would help to know the real support hours. Everything about the experience was amazing! Our dermatologist Nur Afsar is way experienced beyond her years. I have never seen such dramatic yet subtle results in my life. I was with a few friends and no one had a cookie cutter outcome. Everyone had personalized recommendations and Nur is so low-key and easy to work with, you wanted to have a drink with her after!!! The rest of the staff was professional spoke amazing English and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

November 23 was on the procedure "Botox". Dysport, according to the cosmetologist, 130 units of the drug were injected. Unfortunately, 12 days have passed - the result is completely absent. in the forehead and between the eyebrows - full activity, in the eye area, too, there is no result, except for edema, which appeared on the second day, continues to this day. As I understand it, the edema will subside over the next 2.5-3 months, but the blockage of the muscles in the forehead and between the eyebrows will apparently not happen, either due to an insufficient amount of the drug or an incorrect depth of drug administration. I cannot recommend this procedure in this cleric.
