The entire process was efficient and well-structured; the schedule was tight but normal, leaving no room for uncertainty. I am still in early recovery, but I feel the medical care I received was competent and the right decision for my health.

The process involves a lot of walking around and checking the availability of each department as you go, which can be quite time-consuming. It really would have been better if a specific time had been allocated for each service in advance to streamline the day.

The surgeon and staff were fantastic. I'm in the early phase of healing now; while I’m still slightly tired and my mobility is a bit reduced, I can feel myself getting stronger daily. It’s a steady process. Looking back, my only personal regret is that I wish I knew more Turkish to connect with people directly. That said, the translation provided was great and everything was communicated clearly. The whole process was handled with care.

What surprised me most about my basalioma treatment wasn't the procedure itself, but the detailed skin examination I received. The surgeon was excellent. He made sure all removal options were discussed clearly, which was reassuring since I already had my diagnosis before arriving. Right now, the treated area is healing very well. While the medical care was superb and the clinic facilities are great, the administrative staff seemed a bit disorganized, which was the only downside. Despite that, based on the surgeon’s work, it’s a place I would suggest to others.

I'm satisfied with my decision to come here for my health screening.

My biggest worry going into the neuropsychological test was feeling overwhelmed and not understanding the process. That fear completely dissolved because of the surgeon; he was very attentive and explained everything clearly, which put me at ease. The professionalism of the whole medical team was evident. While it's still early days in my recovery, I feel supported by the clinic. The Bookimed coordinator was also responsive and helpful during booking. The only small hiccup was that coordination between the international patient department and the nursing staff sometimes felt a bit slow. Overall, a solid choice for care.
