Such an unparalleled, all-encompassing service is unthinkable in Germany!
My rather unexpected decision to have two implants fitted at the age of 76 was immediately put into action by Dentist Gürkan! He gave me excellent advice, then examined my jawbone using an X-ray, and after a further 45 minutes, the two implants were professionally and perfectly in place! His very, very friendly manner and steady hand made this procedure a truly memorable experience! My thanks also go to the entire team: the surgical assistant, the reception staff, as well as the German interpreter and the member of staff who drove me from the office to the Dent-Helen-Clinic and, after the treatment, to the nearest cash machine, and looked after me. Such an unparalleled, all-encompassing service is unthinkable in Germany! Thank you very much for this positive experience and for continuing to keep your patients happy! I travelled from the UK to have a breast lift with implants ( 450 cc motiva implants under the muscle ), and from the very beginning, Dr Yaman made me feel comfortable, reassured, and confident that I was in safe hands.
I am so happy with my results so far and I am truly grateful for his skill, attention to detail, and the beautiful work he has done. Not only is Dr Yaman an incredibly talented surgeon, but he is also a genuinely kind and caring person who made me feel looked after while I was away from home.

I am so pleased I chose this surgeon and this clinic.
I nedeed much rest. The care from the surgeon and staff has been steady and reassuring. While my incision lines are still pink, I can already see a natural crease forming. The healing process is clear. The biggest challenge for me has been the dry eyes but I’m managing it with best available dry eye drops, no preservatives in them. My main tip for others is to prepare for true downtime. No make up, and wear tops that go over your head very easily. Follow the aftercare instructions to the letter, especially with cold compresses and keeping your head elevated. The first day you will sleep. I slept most of the second day too. You will get eye strain first couple of days. I found audiobooks a blessing. I have seen a GP and a consultant in other medical issues I have. Both have said how good the surgery is and how the scars are already nearly invisible n neat, just a bit pink but fading. I am so pleased I chose this surgeon and this clinic.

The doctor was good and appears to have done a good job. I didn't feel like a number; he seemed to want to get the best outcome possible and it meant something to him. The clinic itself is great. The only issue was with the night staff, who didn't seem to know what they were doing as much as the day staff did. The clinic has stayed in touch afterward, which is reassuring. One thing to note is that there were additional expenses for take-home medications, which I think should have been included in the initial quote. For future patients, I’d say most things are covered under general expectations, so no special preparation was needed.

Seeing the surgical site for the first time was the moment everything finally felt real. Even at just 15 days post-op, the initial aspect is already better than expected. We used the penile inversion technique, and while the results look promising, the recovery requires a lot of patience and steady commitment to the healing process. My biggest challenge at this stage is definitely the physical discomfort of being seated for a long time. It is a process. The clinic staff has been very attentive during my stay, and I am expecting to have the catheter removed very soon. To anyone else preparing for this surgery, it’s not easy but it is a good experience overall.

Dr. Ilker Manavbasi was absolutely amazing from the moment we first met until the day I left Istanbul. The primary downside was the hospital environment; it is highly busy and many things took a long time to complete before the surgery, which was frustrating. Since then, the medical team has remained easy to reach with any questions I've had during this early recovery period. It was also a relief that there were no additional expenses on top of what I paid the clinic. The medical care was solid.

Liliia took care of all the logistics, and Dr. Phatcharasak Kraisornphongsakul was extremely attentive, doing a fantastic job with my Vaser liposuction on four or more areas. The one-on-one nursing was private, and the aftercare has been great — the team is easy to reach with any concerns, which the doctor addresses with no extra costs. My recovery is going about as expected. A tip: bring an extra compression garment for flying and drink coconut juice to help reduce swelling.

Honestly, there is nothing that could have been better.
The initial consultation set the tone for the entire process. It was clear from the start that my treatment would require two visits, which I appreciated knowing upfront. My coordinater Lilia was very helpful and assisted me every step; she made everything straightforward. I am still in early recovery, so it's too early to tell about the final outcome, but I'm scheduled to get full dentures on top and a partial on the bottom during the next appointment. The clinic has stayed in touch since I left. There were no additional expenses on top of the quoted price. Honestly, there is nothing that could have been better. My main advice for future patients is to be prepared for that second visit if you have teeth extracted, as your gums will need time to heal before the final denture is fitted.

So far, I'm feeling better than expected.
The conversation with my surgeon before the procedure put me at ease. He was honest about a realistic final cup size and took his time to explain scar placement and the healing process, measuring and marking everything carefully. Be aware that you'll need to purchase your own medication for after you leave the clinic—painkillers, vitamins, and scar cream were all things the doctor advised. A practical tip for anyone preparing for this: definitely bring stool softeners and use them after surgery, as the medication can make you constipated.

My surgeon was excellent.
I’ll be honest, this recovery has been more physically demanding and difficult than I anticipated so far. That said, I feel good about my decision. The surgery was liposuction with gland excision on my chest, and my surgeon was excellent. He was honest about realistic results and clearly explained the technique, the compression vest, and the recovery period. The clinic staff stayed in touch afterward, which was helpful. The only unexpected expense was for food, as the partner hotel makes you take the more expensive room service. My main advice: don’t do it alone if possible. Having someone would’ve made a lot of things easier and it won’t cost you more. Also, bring a bag with everything you need and put it on the table; I really struggled getting around at first.

I would absolutely recommend this clinic.
What worried me most was how I'd manage the recovery, especially the no-sitting rule. It's a challenge. Finding a comfortable sleeping position has been the hardest part so far. My projection already looks good, although it is still quite swollen. The areas where they performed the VASER lipo feel lumpy and hard, which I understand is part of the early healing process. Despite the discomforts of recovery, the surgeon and the entire staff were supportive and professional, which made a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend this clinic.

Right now, my chin is still very swollen, so I can't properly see the projection from the large, solid silicone implant yet. The numbness has been the hardest part. My lower lip feels slightly numb, which has made eating the biggest challenge so far. It’s a strange sensation. If you're considering this, remember that surgery is always a last option. My surgeon, Dr.Bugra Cetin, was a key part of my process; he was honest about recovery and expectations, discussed all risks openly, and carefully explained the sizing for my malleable Rigicon implant. The clinic's support has been reliable. They gave me a clear aftercare guide and have been easy to reach. It’s still early, so it’s too early to tell about the final result, but at Week 4 post-surgery, so far, so good. There were no additional expenses on top of what was quoted.
