Prof. Banu Atalar is a radiation oncologist and an Honorary Fellow of the American College of Radiology (H.FACR). She directs radiation oncology services at Anadolu Medical Center. Additionally, she is a Full Professor at Acibadem MAA University. Prof. Atalar specializes in stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS). She has published 72 research papers in international journals.
Radiotherapy Specialization and Methods
Prof. Atalar treats tumors of the central nervous system, thorax, and gastrointestinal tract. She uses MR-guided adaptive SRS to target tumors.
