Cenk Acar

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cenk Acar is a urologist specializing in robotic and laparoscopic surgery. He pioneered bipolar prostate enucleation in Turkey. Dr. Acar also specializes in localized prostate cancer treatments. He currently practices at Hisar Hospital Intercontinental in Istanbul.

Specialization and Surgical Focus

Dr. Acar treats urological cancers and urinary system stone diseases. He uses intraoperative fluorescence imaging — a technology that uses injectable dyes to highlight tumors and blood vessels — to improve precision during surgery.
