My biggest concern going into this was the pain, but the intravenous administration of embryonic stem cells was managed so well that I have no pain left. The surgeon and staff were professional and attentive, and the clinic was spotless—everything deserved a 5/5 rating. It's still very early, and while I haven't noticed any functional changes yet, it's a process.

My biggest concern was not fully understanding the extent of the damage. Fortunately, the results of the imaging tests were very detailed and cleared everything up. The surgeon and all the staff at the clinic have been incredibly supportive. The only issue is that the treatments required to preserve the joint before proceeding with replacement are very expensive. I am still in the early stages of recovery and the pain is much the same, which is to be expected at this stage. It is a process. I am confident about the road ahead.

I liked how they explained any and all questions I asked. I liked how they reviewed my unique circumstances while presenting a clear path foreword. The medical team worked in a perfectly concise effort to meet and exceed my expectations of treatment. On the opening page of facebook, I would like to see a separate drop down menu for the latest & newest treatments that are coming available, listing dates, and approximate costs.

Dr was attentive and very knowledgeable. The Bookimed personnel, Hannah, was really helpful and followed through with us up until even after treatment.
