Dr. Kocabicak also performs brain tumor removals, discectomies, and spinal cord stimulator (SCS) implantations.
He uses microelectrode recording to ensure precision during subthalamic nucleus stimulation. This technique involves recording individual neuron activity to map brain structures accurately.
