During the preparation, we asked them to apply anesthetic cream to the lower part of the face, which they refused, saying it wasn't necessary. However, this step was essential for the patient's comfort, and its absence caused intense pain, which was completely avoidable!!! This lack of listening and empathy is regrettable, especially in a setting where attentive care for well-being is expected.
Overall, I am satisfied with my experience at this practice, particularly thanks to the professionalism of the nurse and the expertise of the surgeon, both attentive, reassuring, and highly competent. Their explanations were clear, and the follow-up was impeccable.
However, I was disappointed by the welcome and behavior of the assistants Gizem and ihmed… Lacking patience and sometimes hasty, they do not reflect the level of quality expected in a practice of this renown. It's a shame, as it detracts from the overall experience.
