From 2005 to 2009 Dr. Sachl practiced abroad at a number of university hospitals in Dublin, Ireland, such as Beaumont Hospital, Mater Misericordiae University Hospital, Mater Provate Hospital and General Hospital in Monaghan, Northern Ireland
Since 2009 he has been working as a cardio anesthesiologist at the Department of Anesthesiology Resuscitation and Intensive Care Medicine, First Medical Faculty, Charles University and General Hospital in Prague. He holds the Certification in Adult Transesophageal Echo awarded by the European Association of Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology (EACTA)
