Dr. Comlek treats debilitating pain using interventional techniques and ultrasound guidance. He treats a broad spectrum of conditions, including waist, neck, and spine pain. The doctor creates specific protocols for cancer patients and those with bone metastasis. He also provides pain relief for patients with osteoporosis and arthrosis.

Dr. Comlek performs splanchnic neurolysis — a procedure that destroys specific nerves to treat pancreatic cancer pain — when other methods fail. He also treats hip fractures, meniscus tears, and nerve-related discomfort. He uses ultrasound-guided interventions to treat lumbosacral pain during pregnancy. This approach provides relief for patients who do not respond to conservative care.
