Specialist in Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Musculoskeletal System at the Carolina Medical Center.
After completing the specialization in Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Motor Organ at the Central Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Interior and Administration in Warsaw, I received a prestigious scholarship at the Department of Orthopedics of the University of California in Los Angeles, where I was trained in sports orthopedics and regenerative medicine for over a year. I also conducted research on the role of stem cells in musculoskeletal injuries.
Later I specialized in arthroscopy and reconstruction of the shoulder, elbow and knee at The Royal Orthopedic Hospital in Northfield and at the Trauma Center of Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.
After completing the sub-specialization training in the British system, I won a competition for the independent position of the Head of Orthopedics and Traumatology with the sub-specialization of Shoulder and Elbow Joint Surgery at the Wye Valley NHS Trust, where I worked in 2017-2019. During this period, I was involved in the surgical treatment of shoulder girdle disorders and trauma surgery of the musculoskeletal system, while training resident doctors.
In 2017, I received the privilege of conducting private surgical practice at the Nuffield Hospital network in the UK. Since October 2019 I have been the Deputy Head of Department at the Carolina Medical Center.
