Xia found her sanctuary in yoga across Edinburgh, Shanghai, London, and the UAE before settling in the tranquil Lake District. Two decades into her yoga voyage, sparked by an Ashtanga class in Shanghai, she discovered yoga's true essence during an intensive teacher training in Mysore, India. Yoga became her compass to unearth potential, freedom, and inner fulfillment.
Xia curates each session—be it Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Ashtanga, Restorative, or Yin—tailoring sequences to attendees' energies and skill levels. Her belief is simple: anyone can practice yoga as long as they breathe. She fosters a supportive, caring space, aiming to guide others toward self-discovery, positivity, and growth.
