Dr. Alireza Soltanzadeh, born in Iran in 1969, is an esteemed anesthesiology and reanimation specialist with over 25 years of experience in critical care, cardiac anesthesia, and algology. After graduating from Urmia University of Medical Sciences in 1995, he quickly specialized in anesthesiology and critical care, beginning his practice abroad in 1998. Furthering his expertise, he completed a fellowship in cardiac anesthesia at Istanbul’s Çapa Medical Faculty and the Siyami Ersek Cardiovascular Center in 2006 and trained in pain management (algology) in 2013. His extensive knowledge in these fields makes him a vital asset to the medical community.

Dr. Soltanzadeh has held pivotal roles throughout his career, including a five-year tenure as Chief Physician at a state hospital in Iran. He has enriched his medical education by completing specialized courses in Germany and continues to be an active member of numerous international anesthesiology and medical societies. Since 2018, he has practiced in Istanbul, contributing his expertise to the private sector and currently serves in the Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation at Istanbul Okan University Hospital.

Dr. Mustafa Ibas is an ENT specialist. He has clinical experience in childhood ENT diseases, rhinoplasty, endoscopic sinus surgery, ear diseases, hearing loss, head and neck surgery, salivary gland diseases, and maxillofacial trauma surgery. Dr. Ibas worked as an ENT specialist at Ankara Etimesgut Sait Ertürk State Hospital from 2023 to 2024. He also served at Mardin Midyat State Hospital from 2022 to 2023. He completed his assistant physician training at Health Sciences University Ankara Training and Research Hospital between 2017 and 2022.

Dr. Ibas has published several peer-reviewed articles. Dr. Orhan Fahri Demir is a specialist in Aesthetic, Plastic, and Reconstructive Surgery. He currently works at Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital. Previously, he was a plastic surgeon at İSÜ Bahçeşehir Liv Hospital from 2023 to 2025 and at Adıyaman Training and Research Hospital from 2021 to 2023. Dr. Demir has spoken at international congresses such as the International Plastic Surgery Congress in Sarajevo (2024) and the Facelift Congress in Azerbaijan (2024). He also served as an instructor at the 46th Microsurgery Course in 2023.

Prof. Dr. Ceki Paltura is an ENT specialist and head and neck surgeon with 20 years of experience. He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in 2004. He completed his residency in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at Istanbul Taksim Training and Research Hospital in 2010. Dr. Paltura became an Associate Professor in 2020. He has worked at leading hospitals, including Haseki and Gaziosmanpaşa Taksim Training and Research Hospitals.

He received international training in voice surgery at Boston General Hospital. Dr. Paltura has published over 20 peer-reviewed scientific articles. He currently leads a private clinic in Kadıköy, Istanbul. His main areas of expertise are rhinoplasty, voice surgery, and general ENT procedures.

Dr. Metin Al specializes in hair transplantation. He has performed more than 10,000 procedures over nine years using FUE, DHI, and hybrid techniques. He was an early adopter of DHI and hybrid methods in Türkiye.

His expertise includes conventional radiology with X-rays for musculoskeletal and chest disease. He performs ultrasound of the abdomen, thyroid, vessels, and soft tissues. Dr. Mehmet Berki is a physician with extensive experience in emergency medicine and clinical leadership. He is Chief Physician and Responsible Manager at Scala Polyclinic (2025–present). He held the same role at Cinik Hair Hospital (2022–2024). He also worked full-time as an emergency physician at several hospitals in Istanbul.

He managed health services for 17,000–20,000 students and more than 2,000 staff at Yeditepe University. He trained 250 physicians in reproductive health and AIDS under the Baku-Ceyhan pipeline EU project. His background includes cardiology follow-up, hair transplantation, and clinic management in acupuncture and bioresonance.

Dr. Mustafa Aydinol is a board-certified plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgeon. He holds an M.D. from Dicle University School of Medicine in Turkey. He also studied at Cumhuriyet University School of Medicine in Turkey.

He provides a full range of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. His focus includes rhinoplasty, breast surgery, and body contouring. He is skilled in advanced rhinoplasty techniques and facial rejuvenation.

Dr. Emre TÜRKMEN is an ENT specialist focused on rhinoplasty and nasal and ear aesthetic procedures. He graduated from Istanbul Bilim University Faculty of Medicine in 2008. He completed his ENT specialization at Yeditepe University in 2015. He worked for two and a half years at Giresun Şebinkarahisar State Hospital and served as chief physician in his final year. Op. Dr. Yunus Çınar is a specialist in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery. He completed his residency in 2023. He graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2016. He served as a resident in public hospitals in Konya and Ankara. He now practices aesthetic surgery with the team at Quartz Clinique.

He trained as an observer at Villa Bella Clinic in Italy under Prof. Giovanni Botti. Dr. Ozge Utku Aydemir is a specialist in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery. Dr. Aydemir completed residency training at Ankara Bilkent City Hospital (2019–2023). Dr. Aydemir then served as a specialist doctor at Ankara Ataturk Sanatorium Training and Research Hospital (2023–2025). Dr. Aydemir earned an MD from Gazi University (English Program).

EBOPRAS (European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery) Part 1 certified on 25 Jan 2025. Interests include facial and breast aesthetics, body contouring, microsurgery and hand surgery, reconstructive surgery, injectables (fillers, Botox), and lasers.

Publications include a 2023 article in The Journal of Hand Surgery on outcomes of wide-awake flexor tendon repairs in 58 fingers and 9 thumbs. Dr. Aydemir also completed a thesis on amniotic membrane use in flexor tendon repair. Presentations include oral and poster sessions at TPRECD and an international congress. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Saydam Mehmet is a general surgeon at Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hospital (2025–present). His work covers oncologic, endocrine, and metabolic surgery. He performs laparoscopic surgery, including hernia repair and anti-reflux procedures. He also treats morbid obesity and type 2 diabetes. Sleeve gastrectomy is among his key procedures.

Education: He graduated from the Gülhane Military Medical Academy, Faculty of Medicine (1995–2001). He completed his general surgery residency there (2004–2009). He was a research fellow at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, Ryder Trauma Center (2015–2016).

Experience: He worked as a general surgery specialist at GATA Haydarpaşa, Girne Military, and Mevki Military. He later served as Associate Professor of General Surgery at Dışkapı, Sancaktepe, and Medical Park Gebze. Earlier, he practiced as a general practitioner in military medical services.

Dr. Nihal Durmus Kocaaslan is an Associate Professor of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Marmara University. Kocaaslan holds TPRECD and EBOPRAS certifications (2013). Kocaaslan became a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) in 2021. Kocaaslan has served as a Forensic Expert at the Ministry of Justice since 2019. Kocaaslan earned a PhD in Forensic Medicine in 2020.

Expertise includes orthognathic, maxillofacial, and jaw surgery, as well as cleft lip and palate and other congenital anomalies. Kocaaslan also specializes in breast and chest wall reconstruction, chronic wound repair, and aesthetic surgery.

International training includes reconstructive microsurgery at RWTH Aachen. It also includes breast, face, and body aesthetics at clinics in the United States and cleft care at Seattle Children’s. Kocaaslan trained in craniosynostosis at Erasmus University Rotterdam and in maxillofacial and orthognathic surgery at St. George’s Hospital.
