Dr. Nesrin Helvacı Yılmaz is a neurology specialist based in Turkey and has over 10 years of medical experience. She has a degree in general medicine from Hacettepe University Medical School, a specialty in neurology from Ankara University Medical School, a specialty in general medicine from Silivri Kolan Hospital, and a specialty in nephrology from Istanbul University. She is a member of The Turkish Neurological Society, The Turkish Medical Association, and The Turkish Association of Sleep Medicine.

Prof. Murat Dayangaç is an expert in liver transplant and is the Director of the Center for Organ Transplantation at Medipol University Hospital. He has over 70 published articles on inflammation-cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma, and transplantation. He is a member of the International Liver Transplantation Society, the European Society for Organ Transplantation, the International Transplant Network for Developing Countries, the European Liver and Intestine Transplant Association, and the Turkish Association for the Study of the Liver.

Professor Erol Akgül is an Interventional Neuroradiologist and a member of the World Federation of Interventional and Therapeutic Neuroradiology, Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe, European Association of Radiology, Turkish Society of Radiology, Turkish Society of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology, Turkish Society of Neuroradiology, and Turkish Medical Association.

Dr. İdris AVCI was born in Ordu in 1988. After primary and high school education in Germany, he graduated from Yeditepe Faculty of Medicine in 2014. In 2020, he became a specialist in Brain and Nerve Surgery from Health Sciences University Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşçıoğlu City Hospital (Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital). In 2022, he received "Fundamental Neuroscience and Neuroimaging" education at John Hopkins University, USA. In 2023, he completed his Health Tourism Certification from Sakarya University of Applied Sciences. In the same year, he was certified as a football physician by FIFA. In 2020-2022, he worked at Şanlıurfa Mehmet Akif İnan Training and Research Hospital Neurosurgery Clinic and worked as a clinical chief. Between 2022-2024, he worked in the Spine Center at Memorial Hospitals Group. Since 2023, he has been working at Üsküdar University as a Dr. He continues in the academic staff as an Education Officer. Since 2024, he has been working at NP Brain Hospital Neurosurgery Clinic.

Dr. İdris AVCI has worked in many clinics such as Germany, the Netherlands, Slovenia and has taken part in dozens of scientific meetings both in Turkey and abroad as a participant, speaker and organizer.

Neurologist. Specialist in the epilepsy treatment

Dr. Murat Topdag is an otorhinolaryngology (ENT) specialist in Istanbul. He works at Memorial Göztepe Hospital (2025–present). He previously worked at Acibadem Altunizade Hospital (2017–2025). He also worked at Kocaeli University Faculty of Medicine (2012–2017).

He earned his MD from Istanbul University–Cerrahpaşa in 2003 (English program). He completed his ENT residency at Kocaeli University in 2009.

He completed advanced training in endoscopic endonasal skull base and pituitary surgery at the University of Pittsburgh in 2014. He trained in otologic and otoneurosurgical microsurgery at Institut Georges Portmann in 2006. He also trained in facial plastic surgery through EAFPS in 2007.

Dr. Mehmet Altug Tuncer is a Cardiovascular Surgery Specialist at Memorial Göztepe Hospital (2025–present). He has been Head of Cardiovascular Surgery at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine since 2018. He has served as an Instructor at Kartal Koşuyolu since 2013. He directed the Aortic Surgery Center there from 2016 to 2018.

He became Professor in 2018 at Istanbul Okan University. He was appointed Associate Professor in 2013. He earned his MD at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa. He completed cardiovascular surgery training at Koşuyolu. His work includes 38 SCI/SCI-E papers, 19 national articles, and one book.

He is Chairman of the Aortic Surgery Working Group of the Turkish Society of Cardiovascular Surgery. He is a member of the Turkish Medical Association. He also belongs to the Society of Minimally Invasive and Robotic Cardiovascular Surgery. He is a member of the Turkish Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases.

Born in 1976 in Dashoguz, Turkmenistan,  Prof. Serdar Nurmedov graduated from Trabzon Kanuni Anatolian High School in 1996 and Karadeniz Technical University in 2002. In the same year, he started working as a research assistant at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and became a Psychiatry Specialist in 2009. After becoming a specialist, he worked at NPISTANBUL hospital until 2015 and during this time he took an active role in the establishment of Turkey's first private Addiction Treatment Center. Between 2015 and 2023, he held various positions in Acıbadem Health Group and received the title of Associate Professor in Psychiatry in 2019.

Since the most important factor in his choice of psychiatry is his interest in addiction and related problems, he has done a significant part of his scientific research in this field since the first days he started working as a research assistant. At the same time,  Prof. Dr. Serdar Nurmedov, who has completed many trainings in this field in Turkey and abroad, has been an observer in psychiatry and addiction rehabilitation centers in many countries including the United States of America, the Netherlands and the Russian Federation.

Prof. Dr. Serdar Nurmedov, who did his specialty thesis on "Alcohol Addiction and Cognitive Functions", has nearly 50 scientific articles published in national and international journals, presentations in national and international congresses, awards, books and book chapters. His publications have received more than 1000 citations to date.

Currently,  Prof. Serdar Nurmedov, who continues to work as a lecturer at Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry, continues his research in the fields of General Psychiatry, Addiction, Neuroscience and Psychotherapy.

Dr. Vafa Guliyeva is a pediatric rheumatologist at Memorial Göztepe Hospital in Istanbul. She previously worked at Memorial Şişli and LIV Bona Dea. Before that, she was a pediatrics specialist at Florence Nightingale Hospital.

Training: Pediatric rheumatology subspecialty at Istanbul University and Istanbul Cerrahpaşa University. Pediatrics residency at Istanbul Medeniyet University.

Achievements: Author of 20 international and 3 national peer-reviewed articles. Presented 3 international and 20 national conference papers. Contributed to 4 book chapters. Principal investigator of a BAP scientific project.

Op. Dr. K. Ali Rahimi was born in Urumiyeh on 01.01.1961. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1992. Then he completed his specialization at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Department of ENT in 1997. He worked as an ENT Specialist at Erdem Hospital, Kadıoğlu Hospital, Çamlıca Medicana Hospital, Huzur Hospital and Atlas Hospital. He served as Chief Physician in all hospitals except Erdem Hospital. During his tenure, he worked on Septo Rhinoplasty, Septoplasty, FESS (Sinusitis Surgeries), Adenoid Surgeries, Tonsil Surgeries, Snoring Surgeries, Hoarseness Surgeries, Hearing Loss, Tinnitus, Head and Neck Tumors. Today, he worked as an Otorhinolaryngologist at NPIstanbul Brain Hospital.

Plastic, reconstructive, and hand surgeon trained at Istanbul University. Studied at the Istanbul Faculty of Medicine from 2000 to 2006, then completed residency from 2007 to 2013. EBOPRAS certified on 10 October 2014.

Advanced training included a microsurgery course at University Hospital Zurich in 2009. Observed in Taiwan in 2012 with Prof. Hung‑Chi Chen and at Chang Gung with Prof. Fu‑Chan Wei. Completed a fellowship at UZ Brussels with Prof. Moustapha Hamdi in 2014.

Academic output includes 11 publications from 2010 to 2016. These include a review of 66 fingertip reconstruction cases. Delivered 8 oral or poster presentations at FESSH, the 9th BAPRAS Congress (2015), and the Barcelona Breast Meeting (2016).
