Dr. Ibas worked as an ENT specialist at Ankara Etimesgut Sait Ertürk State Hospital from 2023 to 2024. He also served at Mardin Midyat State Hospital from 2022 to 2023. He completed his assistant physician training at Health Sciences University Ankara Training and Research Hospital between 2017 and 2022.

Dr. Ibas has published several peer-reviewed articles. His research covers topics such as preauricular iatrogenic epidermoid cysts, dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, the use of probiotics in otitis media, and the anti-inflammatory effects of naringenin in otitis media. He earned his medical degree from Necmettin Erbakan University Meram Faculty of Medicine.

Dr. Özlem Çolak is a Professor of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. She earned her medical degree from Kocaeli University. She completed her specialization at Ankara Training and Research Hospital. Dr. Çolak has held academic roles at the University of Health Sciences and Demiroğlu Bilim University. She became an Associate Professor in 2019 and a full Professor in 2024.

Dr. Çolak has published many national and international articles. She has also been an invited speaker at professional meetings and congresses. She gained additional clinical experience in Germany. Dr. Çolak has made important contributions to both academic and surgical practice in her field.
