Prof. Dr. Kamil Yalçın Polat is a leading transplantology expert and Head of the Organ Transplantation Center at Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital in Istanbul. With over 30 years of surgical experience, he founded the Organ Transplantation Center at Atatürk University (2003-2010) and completed fellowships at Mount Sinai Hospital and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. She was born in Salihli, Manisa in 1975. She completed her secondary education at Salihli Sekine Evren Anatolian High School and her higher education at Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry and graduated successfully in 1999.
In the same year, she started working as an assistant professor at the I.U. Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Community Oral and Dental Health, and completed her master's degree with high honors at the I.U. Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, Department of Public Health in 2003. During her four-year academic education, she worked as a lecturer at the Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry and had the opportunity to work in various private clinics.
Since 2003, he has been a practical training consultant for dentists in aesthetic dentistry and teeth whitening at Güney Diş Deposu. As the head of domestic training activities for Ultradent / Kerrhawe companies, he organized courses for local and foreign dentists, participated in many international congresses and fairs on the subject, and had the opportunity to closely follow dental technology. He started working at Cosmodent Dentistry and Implantology Center in 2005. In 2007, he founded "Gülümse Dental Clinic" with his doctor friend in Perpa Trade Center. He has been providing services in Osmanoğlu Hospital since September 2013.
