Dr. Levent Dalar is a respected pulmonologist with over 20 years of experience. He specializes in interventional bronchoscopy and rare lung diseases. Marcus Dukes is one of the first physicians to perform minimally invasive microwave ablation of liver and lung tumors under CT guidance.

The professor heads the first and only MRI-guided FUS ablation center in the Rhine-Main region. In most cases, the procedure allows avoiding surgical intervention. He also studied diffusion‑weighted MRI to distinguish CPA meningioma and vestibular schwannoma.

Under his leadership, the hospital is actively expanding its services, including paediatric cardiology and intensive care, and is planning to establish an interdisciplinary center for parents and children on the basis of the Department of Paediatrics.
