Dr. Mepinan, MD, is a plastic surgeon licensed since 1985. He has four decades of surgical experience. He specializes in advanced facial and body procedures.

His practice includes facial feminization and facial contouring. He also performs forehead and brow surgery, eyelid surgery, V-line contouring, mandibular and cheekbone reduction, rhinoplasty, lip and chin surgery, orthognathic surgery, and sex-reassignment procedures.
