Assoc. Prof. Dr. Saydam Mehmet is a general surgeon at Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hospital (2025–present). His work covers oncologic, endocrine, and metabolic surgery. Dr. Nihal Durmus Kocaaslan is an Associate Professor of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Marmara University. Kocaaslan holds TPRECD and EBOPRAS certifications (2013). Kocaaslan became a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) in 2021. Kocaaslan has served as a Forensic Expert at the Ministry of Justice since 2019. Kocaaslan earned a PhD in Forensic Medicine in 2020.

Expertise includes orthognathic, maxillofacial, and jaw surgery, as well as cleft lip and palate and other congenital anomalies. Kocaaslan also specializes in breast and chest wall reconstruction, chronic wound repair, and aesthetic surgery.
