Dr. Uygur is an international urologist with a Medical Graduate and M.D. Degree from Hacettepe University Medical School, a research fellowship from the Transplantation Laboratory of Helsinki University, and residency in Urology from Hacettepe University Medical School. He has over 300 international and national publications and presentations, with 781 scientific citations to 41 articles. He is a full member of the European Association of Urology, a corresponding member of the American Urological Association, a member of the Society of Urologic Oncology, and a board member of the Turkish Society of Urologic Oncology. He has completed robotic urologic surgery courses at Vanderbilt University Hospital, the Cleveland Clinic, and the USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center. He is the Professor of Urology and Chair at the Near East University Medical School, the Chief of Urology at the Anadolu Medical Center in Affiliation with Johns Hopkins Medicine, and the Director of Urooncology and Urologic Robotic Surgery Programmes at the Anadolu Medical Center. He is also a scientific secretary of biannual Ankara Urooncology Courses, and has organized many national or regional Urology and Urooncology meetings.

Dr. Sertkaya graduated from Konya Meram Science High School in 2001 and entered Gazi University Medical Faculty the same year, graduating in 2008. He completed his urology specialization at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital in 2014, becoming a urology specialist.

Since becoming a specialist, he has focused on the sub-branch of Andrology, attending various training sessions and conferences and performing surgeries with some of the world's leading Andrology professors. In 2017, he passed the written and oral proficiency exams conducted by the European Association of Urology, earning the title of "FEBU."

In 2020, Dr. Sertkaya achieved the rank of Associate Professor of Urology. His journey in Urology and Andrology, which began in 2008, continues at the Andro Expertise Male Health and Aesthetics Center, which he founded in 2022. Assoc. Prof. Ali Eser received his medical education at Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine; He completed his internal medicine residency training at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital and his hematology residency training at Marmara University.

Afterward, he completed his compulsory service at Marmara University Hematology Clinic, firstly at Çanakkale University and then at Bezmialem Vakıf University. He served as a lecturer. After working as a hematology specialist and assistant physician in charge of the adult bone marrow transplant unit for 2 years at Hisar Intercontinental Hospital, he worked as a lecturer at Bezmialem Vakıf University and in the adult bone marrow transplant unit at Istanbul Yeniyüzyıl University, and finally for 1 year. He has also worked as a Hematology Specialist and Molecular Hematology Doctor at Japan Mie Medical Faculty in 1995.
