Dr. Saglam carried out scientific studies in the fields of microsurgery and facial surgery, which he was interested in. In his thesis study on end-to-end nerve repair, he defined a new modification (modified sleeve neurorhaphy). He presented this technique at the National Plastic Surgery Congress. In his study on Z-plasty, one of the basic techniques in plastic surgery in 2022, he presented the Z-plasty design technique called "Saglam method", which is performed without using an angle (Z-plasty without angle: Saglam method). This technique was published in PRS Journal, one of the world's most prestigious journals of plastic surgery.

Dr. Çağatay Öner graduated from the English Faculty of Medicine at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa in 2014. He began his specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in 2015 and successfully completed his residency at Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital in 2020.

In 2019, he participated in an observership program in Germany, where he had the opportunity to expand his clinical experience and knowledge specifically in aesthetic surgery. This international exposure deepened his understanding of European surgical techniques and patient care standards.

Between 2020 and 2022, Dr. Öner worked at Şırnak State Hospital, where he performed a wide range of reconstructive and cosmetic procedures, serving a diverse patient population and further refining his surgical skills.

He has authored several publications in national and international scientific journals and remains committed to academic and professional development within the field of plastic surgery.

Dr. Öner is a certified member of the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (TPRECD) and the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS). He is fluent in Turkish, English and French, and he continues to perform both surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures with a focus on natural-looking outcomes and patient-centered care.

Beyond the operating room, Dr. Öner is passionate about nature photography, skiing, scuba diving and trekking, which reflect his attention to detail and appreciation for precision in both his professional and personal life.

Dr. Barış Kanık began his medical education at Dokuz Eylül University in 2009 and completed his training in 2015. In 2017, he started working as a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar City Hospital, one of Istanbul’s major training and research institutions.

In 2022, he was appointed to Çankırı State Hospital, where he completed his compulsory medical service between 2022 and 2024. Throughout his career, he has consistently pursued professional development by participating in advanced training programs and earning certifications in microsurgery, reconstructive surgery and aesthetic techniques.

He holds certifications from the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS), the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (TPRECD), the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), and the Turkish Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery.

Dr. Kanık joined Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Hospital in August 2024. His surgical focus includes a wide range of both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, guided by a patient-centered and detail-oriented approach. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Kanık is passionate about playing electric guitar, growing plants and cycling — interests that reflect his calm, creative and disciplined personality.

Dr. Aysel Paşazade began her medical education in 2010 at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine and completed her degree in 2016. She started working in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Bursa Uludağ University Hospital in 2018, where she deepened her clinical and academic experience under a university hospital setting.

After years of advanced surgical training and hands-on clinical work, she completed her specialization in 2023 and officially received the title of “Specialist Doctor” in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.

Throughout her medical career, Dr. Paşazade has consistently invested in her professional development, attending numerous training programs, surgical symposiums and international congresses. These include the 7th Istanbul Rhinoplasty Live Surgery Course and the Face to Face Istanbul 2024 International Surgery Congress, both of which reflect her commitment to staying at the forefront of innovation in aesthetic surgery.

She is a member of the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Association (EPCD) and actively contributes to the aesthetic medicine community through both academic and practical channels.

Fluent in Turkish, English, Russian and Azerbaijani, Dr. Paşazade is able to communicate comfortably with patients from diverse backgrounds. Her approach combines artistic vision with medical precision, a perspective also reflected in her personal passion for painting — a hobby through which she expresses her sense of harmony, proportion and creativity.

Dr. Kadri İla graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2006. He went on to complete his specialty training in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) at Kocaeli University Faculty of Medicine Hospital, where he laid the foundation for his career in functional and aesthetic nasal surgery.

In 2020, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor, in recognition of his contributions to clinical practice, academic research and medical education.

His clinical focus lies in rhinoplasty and nasal airway surgery. He treats nasal septum deviation (curvature), turbinate hypertrophy (concha issues), and chronic sinusitis with an integrative approach that combines both aesthetic precision and functional correction. He is also experienced in otoplasty (ear reshaping surgery).

Dr. İla has enriched his medical perspective with international clinical experience. He worked as an observer at the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Cancer Institute in the Netherlands, as well as in the United States. He also served as a research assistant at the University of Miami — a globally respected center for medical training and patient care.

With around 30 published scientific articles and nearly 40 presentations delivered at national and international medical congresses, he maintains a strong academic presence in his field.

Since August 2022, he has been a member of the surgical team at Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Hospital. In 2023, he was appointed Medical Director of the Private Çengelköy branch of Vanity Clinic, where he oversees surgical standards, patient care, and operational excellence.

He is a certified member of the European Board of Otolaryngology and the Turkish Society of Otorhinolaryngology. He is fluent in both Turkish and English.

Dr. Mert Sızmaz graduated from the English Department of Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, one of Turkey's most reputable medical schools. He completed his specialty training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital, where he built a solid foundation in both reconstructive and cosmetic procedures.

In 2019, he participated in an observership program in the United States, gaining valuable international exposure. During his time abroad, he had the opportunity to observe and experience numerous surgeries at Tampa General Hospital, a major academic medical center known for its advanced surgical training.

Following his return to Turkey, Dr. Sızmaz completed his compulsory state service at Kars Harakani State Hospital. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the field with several publications in both national and international medical journals.

He joined the surgical team at Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Hospital in 2023, where he continues to provide a wide range of cosmetic procedures to both local and international patients. Fluent in Turkish, English and French, Dr. Sızmaz communicates effectively with a diverse global patient base, offering a calm, clear and compassionate consultation style.

Dr. Can Zeliha Gül completed her medical education at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine (Çapa) in 2011. She began her professional surgical career by specializing in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital, where she trained from 2011 to 2017.

Following her residency, she served as a plastic surgeon at Gaziantep Nizip State Hospital between 2017 and 2019, providing both reconstructive and cosmetic procedures to a wide range of patients.

From 2019 to 2021, she joined the team at Vanity Cosmetic Surgery, where she honed her skills in advanced aesthetic procedures. Her work during this period significantly deepened her expertise in aesthetic breast surgery, body contouring, and facial rejuvenation.

In August 2023, Dr. Gül returned to Vanity Hospital, where she now continues to serve as a board-certified plastic surgeon, offering high-quality care and results-driven treatment plans. Her approach to aesthetic and reconstructive surgery is deeply patient-centered, aiming to improve not only physical appearance but overall quality of life.

She is a member of several professional societies, including the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (TPRECD), the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Association (EPCD), the Turkish Medical Association (TTB), the Facial Plastic Surgery Society (FPCD), and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS). She is also certified by the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS).

Dr. Gül has been actively performing surgeries since 2017 and is fluent in both Turkish and English. Her practice covers a full range of cosmetic procedures.
