Dr. Halil Ibrahim Canter is a plastic surgeon with almost 25 years of experience in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. He focuses on Oral, Maxillofacial, Facial, and Hand Surgery. He is known for inventing a reconstructive osteogenesis system.

Dr. Altan Tekin, MD

Aesthetic, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon

Dr. Altan Tekin is a board-certified plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgeon with a strong commitment to delivering personalized, patient-centered care. After graduating from Sinop Science High School in 2007, he completed his medical education at Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine (2007-2014). He specialized in Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgery at Antalya Training and Research Hospital (2016-2021), where he gained extensive experience as a resident physician.

From 2021 to 2023, Dr. Tekin worked as a specialist at Ordu State Hospital before opening his own private clinic in Antalya in 2023. Since then, he has continued to provide expert care to patients seeking aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.

As a board-certified surgeon, Dr. Tekin actively participates in numerous international trainings, conferences, and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and advancements in plastic surgery. His passion for continuous professional development ensures that he can offer the most modern and effective treatments to his patients.

Dr. Rocco Cerra is a specialist in plastic, reconstructive, and oncological surgery. He has over 35 years of experience. From 1993 to 2019, he worked as Dirigente Primo Livello at the Istituto Nazionale Tumori “Fondazione G. Pascale” in Naples. During this time, he performed more than 15,000 surgeries in public healthcare and over 2,700 in international and private settings. His main areas of expertise are breast reconstruction after mastectomy, microvascular surgery, and tissue regeneration.

Dr. Cerra is now the Scientific Director of SGBG Suisse General Biomedical Group SA. He oversees centers in Switzerland, Italy, and Dubai, and leads research in regenerative medicine. He has managed international projects on stem cell therapy and medical devices for body contouring. Dr. Cerra has written over 60 scientific publications and has presented at 84 national and international congresses. He graduated with honors in Medicine and General Surgery from the University of Naples.
