I was born in Adana in 1983. I graduated from Hacettepe University (ing) in 2007 and started to work as an orthopedic assistant at İzmir Atatürk Training and Research Hospital in 2008. I did my master's thesis on the rotator cuff healing of dicholefenac sodium. As a specialist in 2013, I started at Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital and got my associate professorship there in 2018. In 2017, I worked as a Clinical fellow in the publication of Prof Dr Philip Lobenhoffer for Knee Circumferential Osteotomies, unicondylar and total knee arthroplasty in Germany (Go:h Sports Clinic/Hannover). I started working at Istinye University Hospital in 2019. I am married and have 2 children.

Prof. Dr. Halil Ibrahim Bekler was born in Istanbul in 1960. He completed his primary school education in Istanbul. He finished High School in Saint-Joseph in 1979. In 1985 he graduated from the Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. In the same year, he started to work as a resident doctor at Tokat Akbelen Health Center. Dr. Mert Filibeli is a specialist in Orthopedics and Traumatology. He completed his residency at the University of Health Sciences Tepecik Teaching and Research Hospital in 2017. He currently works as a surgeon at Medicalpark Hospital and İzmir University of Economics. He has also worked at Buca Seyfi Demirsoy Teaching and Research Hospital and Dr. Behçet Uz Pediatric Diseases and Surgery Teaching and Research Hospital.

Dr. Filibeli is a member of the Turkish Society of Orthopaedics and Traumatology since 2012. He has also been a member of the Turkish Orthopedics Education Council since 2017. He is fluent in English (YDS 87.5) and German (Deutsches Sprachdiplom C-2).
