The ghrelin and orexin activity in testicular tissues of patients with idiopathic non-obstructive azoospermia

Prof. Dr. Oya Gökmen is an expert in Reproductive Medicine with 45 years of experience. She specializes in IVF, endometriosis, and assisted reproductive technologies. Dr. Gökmen has performed thousands of procedures, including embryo cryopreservation, sperm donation, and IVF with gender selection. Her work has played a key role in advancing reproductive medicine in Turkey.

Dr. Gökmen led the first hospital in Turkey to receive ISO 9001 certification. She also helped Zekai Tahir Burak Training and Research Hospital earn the EFQM European Excellence certificate. She is a professor at Giresun University. Dr. Gökmen has served as president of the Turkish Gynecology Obstetrics Society and was the founding president of the Ankara Gynecological Association.

Our founder, Dr. SAGIROGLU, has over fifteen years’ experience in women's health. His focus has been on tailoring treatments to the needs of his patients whilst incorporating the latest developments in the field.

Dr. SAGIROGLU regularly presents his work at conferences and has published articles in many peer-reviewed journals. He also provides advice and counsel to the community on fertility issues through television and radio.

He trained in obstetrics and gynecology in the USA at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, and then moved to Israel where he completed his residency and fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at the Helen Schneider Hospital for Woman, affiliated to Tel Aviv University. He has been practicing at his own clinic in Istanbul since 2019.

He is a member of Turkish Reproductive Health and Infertility Association (TSRM), European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).

Dr. Iryna Babenko is a fertility specialist with 16 years of experience and a PhD and MD degree from the National Pyrohov Memorial Medical University Faculty of Medicine. She specializes in assisted reproductive technologies, treatment of infertility and miscarriage, operative gynecology, treatment for sexually transmitted diseases, endoscopic surgery in gynecology, and ultrasound diagnostics, and is a member of the Ukrainian Association of Reproductive Medicine and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology.

Dr. Yuliia Kochet is an Obstetrician-Gynecologist, Reproductologist with 17 years of experience and First Category specialization. She is a member of Ukrainian Association of Reproductive Medicine (UARM) and European Society of Reproduction and Embryology and has expertise in Assisted Reproductive Technologies, Ultrasound Diagnostics, Hysterosalpingography, Hysteroscopy, Laparoscopy, Radio Wave Surgery, and the treatment of uterus problems and STDs. She has experience with international seminars and conferences.

Professor Dr. Selman Lacin graduated from the Faculty of Gulhane Military Medical Academy In 1988 and was a resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Izmir Dokuz Eylul University in between 1991 and 1996.


Prof. Dr.Selman Laçin, began as an assistant professor at the University of Celal Bayar of Manisa, has taken the degree of Associate Professor in 2002. After 8 years in academic medicine, he moved to Istanbul. 

He worked for different periods in Swedish Karolinska Institute,Department of OB / GYN, Israel Tel-Aviv University, assisted reproduction and IVF Center and Gulhane Military Medical Academy of IVF Center .

There are over 80 articles published in scientific journals at home and abroad and scientific contribution to the writing of the many books.

Between 2004 - 2007, he worked at the Istanbul Memorial Hospital IVF Center.
He established and directed the Medical Park Hospital IVF Center during 2007 - 2008. He began working in Medicana Health Group in 2008.

Professor Laçin is the member of many professional and social organizations at home and abroad.His main areas of interest are Hormonal Disorders, Infertility, IVF and Gynecologic Endoscopic (laparoscopic and hysteroscopic) Surgery. 

Prof. Dr. Selman Laçin is now the director of the Medicana International Hospital IVF Center in Beylikduzu, İstanbul, Turkey

Alexander Darius is a professor and a top-category physician. He has over 25 years of experience in reproductive medicine.
