I am very pleased I went through Bookimed to book my necklift surgery. Confidence, my assigned medical co-ordinator was excellent. She answered every question I had and I had lots of them. She did her best to make sure all my needs were met. Dr. Gürhan Özcan is truly a professor and I was lucky I got him to perform my surgery. Along with his expertise, he is also kind and very caring. I even asked him on the spur of the moment to do a temporal brow lift together with the necklift. I will be forever grateful that he did, as I am 100% happy with the results. I highyly recommend this clinic.

I liked the communication with Bookimed. I liked communication with the coordinators and the doctor. I liked my driver and everyone was very nice. And, of course, a special thanks to Dr Ergin Er for the fulfilment of my dream! I had a breast reduction and lift, and already 2 weeks after the operation I feel like a new person. My shoulders are squared, I feel light inside, and every look in the mirror makes me smile. The result is amazing: the stitches are incredibly thin and neat, you can already see the work of a true professional. I don't even know how he did it, everything is so jewellery! Dr Ergin Er was very thorough and answered all of my questions. His English was great and my coordinators also spoke perfect English. The nurses were very kind and did a great job. Since I have been a nurse for 30+ years in USA, it was interesting to see how things were done, and I felt very comfortable and well-cared for throughout the entire process. I am so happy with my results and I am very happy with my decision to proceed with having this surgery at Istanbul Aesthetic Center. I highly recommend them.
