This place is a money hungry butcher shop. They sent me away with a terrible infection that landed me in another hospital for a month in intensive care and two more surgeries that cost twice as much. My legs look like show leather and are really butchered up. My face is still swollen and it’s been 2 months. This company is the worst company for healthcare and compassion. They got their money and left me to rot. No follow up care what so ever. I couldn’t even clean myself up. The infection was so bad.
There was no support. The doctor said someone would come by and give me a shower and they went out of town. Someone that wasn’t part of the support system came to help me. I needed a professional. Just before I left I was septic. NO HELPED me at all. They ignored the symptoms I reported. They sent me out of the country without paperwork that I was fit to travel. Which I wasn’t. I was lucky to finally get home and check into a hospital immediately.

I started looking for agencies that would help with the selection of a clinic and a surgeon, and my choice fell in favor of Bookimed, there was another agency, but in the end, as you understand, I chose Bookimed. Let's start with the fact that bookimed staff offered several doctors and clinics for rhinoseptoplasty, I spent a long time choosing and searching for information on the Internet about the clinic and doctor. I chose Dr. Med because the doctor who was offered to me was simply amazing, and the results of the operation were amazing! Immediately upon arrival in Istanbul, a transfer was waiting for me, which took me to the hotel. The next day, Medical Coordinator Narmina arrived and helped me in all matters! Arriving at the clinic for a consultation, they immediately photographed me and made a 3-D modeling of my future nose, we discussed everything with the doctor and I signed a contract for the operation! The operation was performed on September 4, 2023. Operation was successfully completed! At the time the splint (plaster) was removed, I had severe swelling, so there was no enthusiastic reaction, BUT now on September 11, when the swelling has subsided a little, I am shocked by the kind of nose they made for me! Of course, this is not enough time to evaluate the work of plastic surgery, but I already like the result of the operation. ps it will take a year to evaluate the full result of rhinoseptoplasty. Hello. The operation was performed at the Estetik International clinic. The clinic looks expensive. Everything in it is beautiful, expensive, rich, an excellent ward, and so on. But. A lot but. On the 11th at 14.00 I was told that I had an hour to get ready and the transfer would take me to the hotel. I begged to leave me for a day or at least until the morning in the clinic. Since it was terribly hard for me, everything hurt a lot. I couldn't get up, get dressed, etc. I felt dizzy and my blood pressure dropped. But I was told 250€ a day at the clinic or go to the hotel. I went to the hotel. I had drainage. It needs to be cleaned. I was told to do it myself. Once a translator came for me. Since I refused to do it myself because I could just faint from all this. The next day, a friend helped me to do this, and then they removed the drainage and sent me home the next day. And here the most interesting begins. Manager Katerina or coordinator. I don't know her position correctly. I'll attach a screen recording showing the dialog. Transfer to the airport is included in the price of all this. I started talking about the transfer in the evening before the day of departure. Then in the morning. Then I was told to expect a transfer. Then they said that it was broken or something else and that I would call a taxi myself. I couldn't do it because I couldn't pay. The card already had a limit on funds. There is such a law in Ukraine. 100.000 UAH per month I can spend abroad. For a very long time I was hung up with a taxi. The plane is in a couple of hours. A child is waiting at home. I'm on my nerves. Due to the lack of specifics and information, at the end of all this, I just lost my temper and could not find other words except mats and tears. In the end, they called me a taxi. I'm going. With full confidence that he was paid. The taxi driver shows the amount. And I understand that it is not paid. I had to ask for a card from their parents. Attach it to your phone and pay. Next, I go to the airport. I understand that I won't be able to. The clinic helped only in the fact that they checked me in for the flight. When they realized that I could really be late, and then they would have to resolve the issue with tickets and the hotel at their own expense, since it was all their fault. There are 100+ people in line at passport control. I understand I can't. Spit in an hour exactly. The gate has already been opened. And I decide to try. I just asked each person if I could go in front of him, and so I went in line and got on the plane. Now the clinic does not respond to me. Bookimed said that the money would be returned for a taxi, but this issue could be resolved for months. But I'm really looking forward to it. Thank you very much for recommending this particular doctor. After many doubts, I stopped at Andrei Leonidovich Kharkov and didn’t regret it. The wonderful team of professionals, starting with the surgeon himself and ending with the nurses. the same thin psychologist. The girls at the reception, the doctors working in the Perfecto room, the nurse Vita, who is caring for me after the surgery, are all great! The ward was comfortable, I really rested a day after the surgery.

This place is a money hungry butcher shop. They sent me away with a terrible infection that landed me in another hospital for a month in intensive care and two more surgeries that cost twice as much. My legs look like show leather and are really butchered up. My face is still swollen and it’s been 2 months. This company is the worst company for healthcare and compassion. They got their money and left me to rot. No follow up care what so ever. I couldn’t even clean myself up. The infection was so bad.
There was no support. The doctor said someone would come by and give me a shower and they went out of town. Someone that wasn’t part of the support system came to help me. I needed a professional. Just before I left I was septic. NO HELPED me at all. They ignored the symptoms I reported. They sent me out of the country without paperwork that I was fit to travel. Which I wasn’t. I was lucky to finally get home and check into a hospital immediately.

Hospital stay was excellent the surgeon was amazing and the other health professionals, the only thing was they add more cost at the time of discharge. what about if you not prepared financially and you only brought the package amount only it would a problem.
