The clinic is wonderful! From the moment the interpreter contacted me before leaving until the last transfer. Met, identified in the hotel. The clinic itself is modern. Friendly, professional staff. Very clean and comfortable. I had a spacious single room with a toilet and shower. I was with my husband. So they took care of him too. They brought food. There was a folding chair for him in the ward. They brought him a set of bed linen, so that it was convenient for him to spend the night next to me. The operating professor came into the ward. He made the markup, explained in detail what he was going to do, answered all the questions. And in general, as the result showed, it was the ideal choice of the operating surgeon! Anesthesia was given before the operating room. Therefore, I do not remember the operation at all. I came to my senses already in the ward. I was already wearing the correct size compression bra. I got everything I needed through a drip. I don't remember being in pain! I will not describe the whole process, but the next day I returned to the hotel. The catheters were removed the next day. They gave me the necessary medicines. I took five days of antibiotics. And I drank the painkiller once in the evening, and then I realized that I didn’t need it. The translator was in touch with me all the time, answered all the questions. The result is very satisfied. Breast reduced perfectly. Everything is done beautifully and proportionately! I finally straightened my back and squared my shoulders, very happy! It was a little disappointing that we were evicted from the room three hours before the transfer to the airport. It was hard after the operation to sit in the lobby for three hours in an uncomfortable chair. It made me very tired. But in general, there are no complaints and the whole trip even exceeded my expectations!

I want to express my gratitude to Nastya, who helped me in choosing a doctor and clinic. She answered all questions quickly. Helped organize my trip. Regarding the clinic, the Chamber was separate. My husband was with me. So he was given a cot and fed. First of all, I want to mention Elvina, my assistant and translator..very pleasant and responsive. I could contact her at any time and get an instant response. The nurse girl staff works so fast that I was already asleep by the time I got to the operating room. I would like to express my special gratitude to Professor Gürhan Ozcan. A very polite person. And his hands are like the paws of a cat. Thanks to everyone who organized this operation for me. Really happy with my decision to book through Bookimed. I was given amazing service from the very beginning. The doctor coordinator I was given, Dr Sadeq, was so patient even after I decided at first not to go through with it because I was unsure what country I wanted to go through. But even after having to go through the whole process again with me they were quick in response answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly and just made my experience very worth while. If you are unsure about getting Rhinoplasty honestly I would recommend going through bookimed for turkey. The Istanbul aesthetic clinic was amazing and so helpful, the coordinator Yasin was very good checked up on me and made sure everything I needed was given. If you have questions don’t be afraid to ask they are there to help. Everything from hotel to taxi services was sorted they really made the trip so easy honestly gave me so much time to focus on getting ready for the operation. I really recommend Dr Ergin Er he is brilliant at what he does and is a very easy going person he made me feel very comfortable and not nervous at all. I don’t really like operations, needles or hospitals in general but the surgery thank god went very successful, I had a deviated septum which was sorted out and a difficult nose to work with but he kept in mind what I wanted which was something super natural and just to fix the bump and he did that spot on. Very thankful for my experience as I know many people have negative ones but very grateful. Only thing I would suggest is just to make sure you use a translating app if you don’t know the language as some of the nurses don’t speak English so if that would make you nervous just get the translating app and they use that so it should be fine. I didn’t do this as I didn’t know about it till a couple days in to my stay at turkey which on my end is slightly my fault but at some points there was confusion with the nurses as they didn’t understand sometimes what I was saying so I would just recommend asking your coordinator if you need the help or using the app. I sometimes got too nervous to ask which was my own fault as they were very accommodating and I know it would’ve gotten sorted if I had asked them but I didn’t so I would just suggest others to not do the same as me. But overall very positive I recommend it over any procedures in Uk as over here in Turkey it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg they aren’t just trying to take your money they look after you give you overnight stay at hospital which the Uk doesn’t offer and you can ask for help any time of the day and can come and get checked if you have any concerns which in Uk isn’t as flexible. I haven’t got any photos at the moment as I still have the plaster cast on which is going to be taken off in 7 days but I’ve seen the results post opp from photo the surgeon took and I’m very happy. And just bare in mind the healing process is painful but it literally is only for the first 3 days once that is over you’ll feel so much happier and better. Even I hated the process at first but day 4 swelling had gone down and I realised it’s only temporary pain for a long term positive response.

Le séjour s est très bien passé,J avoue qu au départ, J étais assez stressé .J ai effectué une implantation de cheveux avec le Dr Oya Sisman qui a prise son temps pour m expliquer les différentes étapes après avoir étudié mes besoins.Elle à ensuite utilisé et adapté la meilleure technique pour effectuer les implants capillaires avec son équipe agréable et très professionnelle :méthode fue Saphir.J ai aussi effectué une rhinoplastie avec le professeur Gurhan Ozcan qui est un virtuose dans son domaine.En effet, il a rectifié une 2eme Rhinoplastie.De façon magistrale. Après avoir vu les photos avant et après J en suis arrivé à la conclusion qu il était plus proche du magicien que du chirurgien esthétique.S est vraiment très impressionnant.Bien sûre,Je n ai pas encore le rendu final car les opérations ont été effectuer il y a peu près 10 jours.Mais sur ma proche expérience,je ne peux que conseiller cette clinique et son équipe

From start to finish my experience with Bookimed and my adviser Dr Mohammed Aljawhar was impeccable, I can’t fault any of it. He helped me organise everything a good few times because of COVID, and was very patient and supportive. Istanbul Aesthetics Clinic met all my expectations and more. My surgeon Ergin Er was very skilled and knowledgeable, he communicated really well with me and despite it being a difficult revision rhinoplasty I know he tried his best. Abdul was a great hospital coordinator and kept in touch regularly. He kept my spirits high when recovery was tough and reassured me. I felt well looked after and hope for a great result In’shaa’Allah. I will definitely recommend Bookimed and this clinic to anyone thinking of having surgery.
