Nothing major. Took a little time to get my final report (about a week). The doctors assistant was apparently sick but I was happy regardless since the results of the colonoscopy and endoscopy were given immediately after the procedure.

A very professional team. I had a translator throughout to not only do translation but guide me to the places I needed to be. Very clean and welcoming place. The prices are discussed prior to your arrival and appointment booking. There is also a transfer car that can be arranged on the days that you need it. Most importantly they got the job done
I don’t have any complaints. The coordinator, doctor and interpreter was accommodating. Most importantly they got the job done.
Efficiency and cost effectiveness
I guess perhaps it was that I had to assert myself to remind them that I’m looking to get this done quickly rather than later. But no big deal, as right after I told them I want the appointment done asap, they got it booked in 2 days.
