About the Procedure
Orthognathic surgery corrects jaw misalignments like overgrowth or deficiency. It combines two surgical approaches: Le Fort I osteotomy for the upper jaw and sagittal split osteotomy for the lower jaw. The procedure takes about 3 hours under general anesthesia.
