CAR-T Therapy for Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas (DLBCL, FL, MCL) at Sheba Medical Center
For patients facing relapsed or resistant Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, finding the right treatment center can make a life-changing difference.
Sheba Medical Center, one of the world’s leading hospitals, offers advanced CAR-T cell therapy, providing new hope when standard treatments are no longer effective.
Sheba specializes in treating DLBCL, Follicular Lymphoma (FL), and Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) with a highly personalized approach, combining cutting-edge science, speed, and clinical expertise.
A Faster Path to Treatment When Time Matters Most
At Sheba, the entire CAR-T process is performed on-site, without delays caused by external laboratories.
• T-cells are collected (apheresis)
• Genetically engineered at Sheba’s Advanced Biotherapy Center
• Reinfused to target and destroy lymphoma cells
This streamlined approach allows treatment to begin in approximately 10 days, significantly faster than many international centers.
CAR-T therapy acts as a “living drug”, continuing to work inside the body and offering the potential for long-term remission.
All patients are treated under the leadership of Prof. Arnon Nagler, a world-renowned expert in hemato-oncology.
Proven Results That Offer Real Hope
Even in complex and advanced cases, CAR-T therapy at Sheba has demonstrated high remission rates:
• Up to 90% in pediatric patients
• ~80% in young adults (up to 23 years old)
• ~70% in adults
These outcomes provide a meaningful second chance for patients who have exhausted other options.
