My biggest concern going into this was the recovery, especially after combining all four procedures. And it is tough. The diastasis recti repair is still very tender, and my biggest mobility challenge is just getting out of bed. It’s a slow process. That said, I can already see an amazing difference in my waist, and my entire torso, which makes the discomfort feel purposeful. This doctor is AWESOME. The support from the surgeon and the entire team was excellent. My most practical advice for other moms is that consistent help is essential for childcare. You will not be able to manage it alone.

SAERO Clinic team is the best! From Jennie who helped every step of the way, making sure that everything was perfect, to the Nurses and Front desk people; everybody was super helpful, pro and kind. I decided to travel to Lithuania for cosmetic surgery after much research and deliberation. I was very impressed with my video calls with Doctor Kamile Tijunele. She gave me a lot of time, asked me questions, listened and proposed a lower face deep-plane facelift with fat grafting. We discussed this over a few calls. Doctor Kamile was extremely receptive to listening to all my concerns & reassuring. I decided to put my faith in her, and it was the best decision I could have possibly made. From the get-go, Doctor Kamile was not just professional, but also patient and kind. She went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable both physically & mentally. The surgery went very well. The care I received in the clinic from her and all the team was second to none. I was very appreciative of the efficiency & high standards provided by all. I could not be happier with my results & would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic and this doctor. Doctor Kamile is a wonderful doctor & a wonderful person. She takes great pride in her work & is also a very empathetic human being. The aftercare was incredible, and I do mean that quite literally. I was driven to all my appointments & was never left waiting & wondering, everything was prompt & communication throughout was impeccable. A special mention also to Diana, the international coordinator at the clinic. She was always contactable, always helpful and kind. I cannot emphasise enough how positive my experience was under Doctor Kamile Tijunele. Quite honestly, without reservation, 5 stars! And if it were possible to give more stars, I would give them. Thank you Doctor Kamile Tijunele for your expertise, your work & your kindness. If only all doctors were like you!

The process was far more involved than we expected, however, we didn’t know what to expect. We’re probably happy. We didn’t realize that is a rather substantial procedure. The medical testing part takes almost an entire day, so don’t plan anything else on that day. Surgery takes about a half day and you’ll be wiped out the following day as well, so no plans is a good idea. You’ll wear a compression sleeve around your face for over a week, so we packed lightweight, hooded sun, shirts, and that worked well. we had our sutures removed at eight days, but 10 days would’ve been better, so you have to plan at least 10 days after your surgery before you leave Bangkok.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end! I was really in good hands and everyone was kind and supportive.

7 days ago I had a face lift surgery, it is too early to talk about the result. Later I will add a review. I want to say that the doctor is a professional. The medical staff is very attentive. I had two interpreters they are just super Semra and Muhlise very attentive. In a year I want to do blephoroplasty in Dr.MED clinic.
