Surgeon and nurses were incredible in every way. My results are better than I could've ever expected and I'm so in love with my new body! Hospital was very clean and comfortable. Wasn't happy with the director she was rude and confused everyone by taking over the surgeon and myself. Other than that the experience was perfect and I would recommend.

I had surgery at this clinic and I am very satisfied. I had 3 operations at once. I had a breast (lift and implant), rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty. I am very satisfied with the result. I would like to note the professional approach of the staff and the clinic as a whole. Wonderful service, amazing Dr Aykut Gok and attentive nurses. The result is stunning, recovery is not long and there was always support. Special thanks to the managers who accompanied me 24/7 - Muhlise and Akilay.

The operations take place in a government hospital. Nobody speaks English there. Communication is very difficult; if there are complications after surgery, then this is problematic. There is also very questionable medical training. Injections and tests are taken without gloves. They can't take an analysis. They pricked a vein, didn’t get it and left. We touched it with our own hands without gloves. They measure your blood pressure haphazardly or not at all, and then they write down what they made up and lie that they checked it all night. Immediately after the operation I had to call them and shout for them to come because the call button did not work. I had a lingering shock from all this. We had a girl translator with us who did not want to disconnect when I asked her. Although I speak English fluently and did not need her services. I didn’t want to undress in front of her and show my chest or belly. Therefore, the consultation was useless for me. As I became convinced later (when I had already undergone surgery), this company is very focused on earnings, and not on the client.

SUPERB Everything about this clinic, it's staff and Dr. Ergin Er (my surgeon) was impeccable. Everything was taken care of and top class! •The transport provided was comfortable/punctual. •The employees were kind/patient. •The facilities were clean/modern. •The doctors were attentive/skilled. I highly recommend this clinic too anyone interested in a tummy tuck/smiliar surgical procedures.

The stay at the hospital was excellent. The hotel was very clean and the food in the bar was lovely! Doctor Gurhan Ozcan and staff were first class!! A special mention must go to Ege who liaises with you to make sure everything runs smoothly. He was absolutely brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you Ege!! I am so pleased with the fantastic job Doctor Gurhan did on my nose and I would strongly recommend him! He puts you at ease and I have nothing but confidence in him. He is a very kind man and his work is sublime. Thank you!!!!

Everything was very easy and quick, which was what I was looking for.

After care - I didn’t receive any of the paperwork I signed & no instructions really on the after care. I did WhatsApp on the group to ask but didn’t get a response. I also have a slight spilt after my Labiaplasty so having to visit a surgeon here in the UK - wish I had gone to Labiaplasty specialist now.

I totally recommend to go on turkey for a hair transplant!! Turkey also a beautiful place.

The doctor with golden hands, the stitches are very good, I'm still in rehabilitation, but everything is already beautiful) Also, very cool clinic staff, service is beyond competition. They were in touch with me the whole time I was in Turkey.

The team assisted us from before our arrival until we left Turkey The hotel was in the proximity of the hospital. Therefore, the transport was easy, especially after the surgery. We booked another hotel for the rest of the stay but Bookimed assisted us with transports from the hotel to the hospital on our last visit and from the hospital to the airport.
