As part of our first contact with your clinic, we encountered minor difficulties in navigation. Hello. We did not visit the clinic, we had a Skype conference on 05/30/19, at which Dr. A. Russi, through an interpreter, told his vision of the problem of epilepsy in children, ordered additional tests to adjust the dose of the drug (which was prescribed by Ukrainian doctors) and the purpose of treatment, assured accompanied by treatment for six months. We sent the test results on 01.06.19, today 06.06.19 treatment is not prescribed. Our questions came the answer that the doctor advises once a week and it is not clear what day. We hope that the answer will come, the child will recover, but so far the sediment is not very good. If the same attitude is right in the clinic, then there is no point in going there

On January 21, we arrived at the Teknon clinic late at night, which pleasantly surprised us without any problems settled in the ward and the examination began in the morning. The clinic impressed us. The medical staff was incredibly polite and friendly. Everything, two days of examinations passed easily and naturally. Many thanks to the international department, Irina, who was in touch with us even at night, Olesya, who led us from September to January and reacted and responded to all my letters. Maria, who monitored all the sensors and indications during the examination and of course Dr. Antonio Russi! During the first 10 years of treatment of epilepsy, I heard a phrase from which all doctors fended off, as in Ukraine as in Russia. Need to find the CAUSE of epilepsy! It plays a crucial role in the selection of treatment. It is also worth noting that the participation of these wonderful people in the acquisition of essential drugs in Spain (we just brought them to the house) My family and I remember the time spent in Teknon with warmth and gratitude to all who were with us for this short time. We had an online consultation with Prof. Rusi regarding epilepsy in a three year old child. I am pleased with his opinion, he was comprehensive and took up follow up therapy if needed!

I liked the doctor, it is clear that he is a professional in his field, the staff is friendly, benevolent. The ward is ordinary, bright, the presence of a toilet and a shower. The downside is that the window does not open in the ward, since I stayed with the child in the ward for 5 days and it was impossible for the child to leave the ward, there was not enough air. Didn't like the food.

Thanks a lot for excellent service. I can not thank enough staff of Teknon Medical Centre Epilepsy Department, especially Irina who was assisting and interpreting everything in Russian to Dr Antonio Russi. It made huge impression on us how thoroughly he analysed the disease from different aspects carefully listening to all details. The 6 days EEG analytical approach including MRI and PET made it perfectly clear which remedy to apply. Definitely to be considered as best clinic in Europe.

It is still difficult to assess the level of medicine, it will be necessary to find out the results and see if the treatment helps. The doctor seemed very competent, but it also needs to be checked. The conditions in the wards were top notch. The coordinator helped me perfectly in determining the place of treatment, collecting all the necessary documents and agreeing with the clinic about my hospitalization. Himself would be very difficult.

I was greeted by friendly and polite staff at the reception, and then I was consulted by an arach gynecologist, who told and showed my problem and the ways of its treatment in detail.
