What patients say about Hair transplant

How convenient is the clinic location and access?

Patients consistently praise the seamless logistics in Turkey, with airport pickups described as 'punctual' and drivers who are 'polite' and helpful with luggage. Hotels are typically well-located near clinics, often within walking distance, with many describing accommodations as comfortable with good breakfast options. Some noted occasional transfer delays at airports, though these were quickly resolved with coordinator assistance. The comprehensive packages include everything from airport transfers to hotel bookings, with many patients appreciating the 'worry-free experience' of having all arrangements handled. Coordinators remain available 24/7 to address any logistical concerns, making international patients feel fully supported throughout their stay.

Everything went quite well....first of all, of course, thanks to the girl Natalia Bruyaka, who was always in touch and helped solve all the questions that I had along the way...Thank you very much to her for her timely and quick help on throughout the entire period... Everything was organized well... we were met at the airport, a VIP transfer, a black Mercedes, the driver, unfortunately, I don’t remember his name - a great guy, just an ace, took him to the hotel... Everything in the hotel super, 5 stars, good finishing, excellent staff, we were accommodated on the 8th floor, with a beautiful view of the city.... The next day we arrived at the clinic... They paid there, and without delay, they invited us to the operating room... The team is excellent , young guys and girls, cheerful and relaxed, (they even sang songs during the transplant)... the transplant went quite quickly, they got it done in 5 hours, because the people know their stuff, they are all true professionals, both the doctor and the guy, who drew the hair line, and the girls who were assistants....Everything is at the highest level..The transplant itself is painless, only at the very beginning, when the painkiller was administered, it was a little painful, but it lasted about 10 minutes.. In general, I am satisfied with the transplant itself , I hope that the result will not be good, we’ll see in a year.. Then we were taken back to the hotel, and I spent that day in the room, did not go anywhere.... The next day I had a rest day, and the hotel staff organized a tour for us to the historical center of Istanbul... We had a great time there, and a day later they took me back to the clinic, showed me and washed my hair, and the ace driver took us to the airport... Bottom line: without much strain, I had a hair transplant and my wife and I had a great time in Istanbul, trying different dishes, making excursions and having the opportunity to shop... Thank you very much to those people who organize such tours and carry out such work... I am very grateful to them...

Operation, Take care service, Hotel, Car Transfer all very good. Totally I satisfied this hospital and care team. Operation team had a good service mind and feeling has a good skill (Now I don’t know result. It will be known after 1year). Hotel also good quality hotel and good location. Transfer Car also very luxury car. Just One Point I want Improvement. When I arrival Airport and Waiting Meeting Point with Hospital Staff, I couldn’t use wifi (Airport wifi also couldn’t used) and couldn’t contact with hospital staff. I think Driver need to wait customer with name sign board. I was lucky and some tour company 2 staff help me and finally I met driver after 30mins later. Totally I appreciate doctor and operation team and Whats app take care team. Dr. Anna and Olga from Bookimed was good support me. When I asked and checked some detail, always reply soon and they did their best. I appreciate big support Thank you for your support and good service.

I traveled from the US for the procedure. This was my first medical travel experience and my first time visiting Istanbul. I was welcomed at the airport by a friendly staff person from the clinic ( Mr. Zafer ) upon arrival and provided with transportation to my hotel. The hotel accommodations were excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel was centrally located. The hotel staff was friendly and serviceable, and in coordination with my contact person from the clinic Maryam, upon request, even arranged for a very nice boat and land tour of the city prior to the procedure. At all times, Maryam, my contact person from the clinic, provided excellent support and kept me informed about every step of the process. After settling in nicely at the hotel and taking in a full day of touring of the wonderful city of Istanbul, I was ready for the procedure. The clinic is housed in a modern state of the art building and the staff is experienced, professional and friendly. After consulting with the medical team, the specialist made his recommendations and answered all of questions and concerns thoroughly. The procedure was completed to my satisfaction by two specialist , Dr. XXX and Dr. XXX who worked tirelessly to deliver exceptional results and the clinic staff was excellent in their after care follow up treatment and monitoring. I am very happy with my decision to have had my hair transplant procedure at Adem and Havva Medical Center for the following reasons, the quality of the work ( the actual hair transplant) was exceptional, the delivery of service was exceptional at all stages of the process and finally the cost vs. having completed the procedure in a U.S. clinic - amounts to a small fortune of savings. A big thank you to all of the wonderful people at Adem and Havva Medical Center ! You are simply the best ! With kind regards, Ernesto V. Philadelphia, PA ( USA)

Upon arrival, the transfer was met at the airport, checked into the hotel, the next day blood was taken from a vein, and the operation was performed, the operation itself lasted about 8 hours with a lunch break. I would like to note the excellent attitude of the clinic staff towards clients, support and accompaniment was carried out throughout the entire stay in Istanbul, even after the operation. On the third day, I decided to move to another district of Istanbul to take a walk, see the city, the clinic organized a free transfer for the move, and at the end of the trip, they also organized a free transfer to the airport. Everything was fine, special thanks to Katya for her support at any time of the day. It's too early to talk about the final result, only 10 days have passed, but the hair grows, everything looks very good.

I will immediately say thanks to Bookimed for the initial organization of the referral to the clinic, and personally to the manager Svetlana! About 2 months before the trip, I agreed on the desired date for hair transplantation. About 2 weeks before the trip, I contacted the coordinator at the clinic itself, she is also a translator - Anna, thank you very much! She gave me important recommendations and an algorithm for meeting the driver at the airport. At the Istanbul airport, I immediately took a little cash at least to pay for food in the hotel room (next to the 9th exit from the Airport, there are ATMs a little further, I took 290 liras from the HSBC ATM, 10 liras commission from Tinkoff - there was no more at the ATM, so it would be no commission). Further, at the exit, at the agreed place, I was met by a Turkish driver. A good old man. I would have learned Turkish just to wipe it in the car for my life. Helped me to carry my luggage to the car. I took to the hotel, helped with registration in my own language with the administrators. The hotel is normal, though the room was noisy, tk. 1st floor with windows to the courtyard. In the morning they served a good breakfast, although I did not feel well after the flight, I could not fully appreciate it. But perhaps this is for the best, as. then soon there was a lot of lying on his stomach. So do not get too carried away with breakfast either (although Anna said to have a hearty breakfast). The driver came for me, took me to the operation. Anna, the coordinator, meets at the clinic. After filling out the papers, they put them face down on the couch and the nurse begins to give injections of anesthesia in the back of the head - it is very painful. When it starts to work, grafts are taken from the back of the head. By the time probably 2 hours. Then you can roll over on your back, do anesthesia in the head, this time where to transplant. Very painful again. After that, the surgeon makes a marking with a marker and, upon completion, begins to make many holes in the head - the procedure for another hour. Then take a break. The food in the clinic is quite good. Due to unwell after the flight, I again did not lean heavily. At the end of the break, the most difficult part begins - they put them on their backs and begin to insert donor grafts. Time drags on, the back and neck become incredibly numb over time. Try to somehow, at least for a minute, sometimes during the doctors' pauses, rise up, stretch your neck to the side and move your hands. In general, brace yourself at this time. During the entire operation (more than 8 hours) Anna practically did not leave me in case of translation help or to say what. I even felt awkward in front of her. Thanks again! When it’s over, they’ll bring painkillers with them and take them to the hotel. They will also give you medical gauze - put it on the pillow in the hotel, so as not to stain it with blood residues. I didn't want to eat, took a pill and fell asleep. Immediately in the morning, the feeling was already much better, nothing really hurt, the view was so-so. It was a little embarrassing to go to breakfast, but I saw 2 more of the same guests with bandaged heads there. So the staff are used to it. Several clinics can be seen cooperating with this hotel. After breakfast, I asked at the reception about food, they gave me a menu for ordering food in the room and with it I had already retired to rest in my room. There was no desire to walk down the street with such a view either. Yes, although the description of the hotel says that they speak Russian and English - I spoke in broken English, like everyone else around, that was enough. I ordered food in the room (each dish on the menu has a serial number - you call the serial number at the reception), so the withdrawn cash came in handy. It seems like if you can change money in the hotel itself, but it may not be profitable. Then they took me to change the bandages, gave me a hat almost like Boyarsky's. In order not to frighten people around with wounds on the head. On the 3rd day of shampooing, they tell the nuances, offer to buy additional different products. The price tag is generally adequate (as on Amazon for the same funds), only now again for cash, which of course is not with you, and ATMs nearby give out already with a large commission. So clarify this question in advance - do you need to buy additionally what. Prepare cash in advance if necessary. The driver took me to the airport. It’s a pity again that I don’t speak Turkish, I could thank the driver more sincerely. I wrote it on purpose in such super-detailed way to make it clearer what will wait and have more confidence in the trip. On the topic of the result of the trip - time will tell. So far, a week later, the transplanted grafts seem to be still in place) Lay as much vacation as possible for this business. A week for the operation and at least another week to recover from the trip. A week later, my appearance is still so-so - traces of dried blood and other nonsense are falling from my head. So I would lay down 3 weeks of vacation for sure. Good luck to all!

Are there any hidden or extra costs?

Patients consistently report transparent pricing with no unexpected charges beyond what was initially quoted. As one put it, everything went 'exclusively by agreement' with no extra services imposed. Several patients received more grafts than originally promised at no additional cost—one got 4,800 grafts instead of 3,000, another received 4,200 instead of 3,800. Some noted minor payment processing fees for credit cards that weren't mentioned upfront, though this didn't affect the core procedure pricing. Patients describe the value as exceptional, with one saying the clinic gave 'a LOT MORE than the money' paid and another calling it 'money well spent.'

Trying to get hair replacement procedure in the USA is not only expensive and behind the expertise that other countries like South Korea or in my case, Turkey, are known for. From day one, Bookimed was extremely responsive and answered all my questions quickly and expertly, while getting me the best price for my hair replacement procedure. I was initially given a quote for Istanbul Plastic Surgery Clinic, but later given an even better rate and consultation with Adem & Havva Hair Clinic. I went with the FUE hair method which is less costly than the newer DHI method, and I believe just as effective, although a little more recovery is needed by about a few days with FUE method. Do your homework on what you want done for your needs and balance the price and see what works for you. Remember that two prices are offered for either procedure: "Shaven head" and "Unshaven head," With the shaven head being the cheaper cost but I believe more sanitary. Unshaven method does look better while you heal (you keep your regular hair) but I just believe removing all hair to allow doctors a clean base for the hair procedure is the best way to go, and cheaper and more sanitary too without sacrificing quality. Your cost will vary depending on your consultation with BookImed that includes sending them pictures with specific instructions. But ultimately the amount of hair grafts you need will determine the final cost. But BookiMed will work to find the very best deal for you based on procedure you've chosen. But compare other clinics if you feel better to see that Bookimed will give you the best rate for comparable procedures from other clinics. I recommend getting to Turkey about 3-4 days early so you can sight see this beautiful country before your hair procedure. They will arrange all transportation and hotel accommodations for you if you wish extra nights and will pick you up at airport and take you to your hair procedures. I cannot stress enough that my visit and my procedure was excellent and I highly recommend Bookimed for hair and even plastic surgery procedures ( I will do a chin lift next). It has only been a week since my procedure was done and can post pics based on my current status of healing. But I have not suffered any issues or side effects and my scalp and hair are healing and growing properly. The clinic will follow my hair process for one year to ensure my hair grows out well and I am completely satisfied. I hope this review helps many of you out there. I want to give a special thank you to Dr. Hassan Jabar from Bookimed, Maryum our hair nursing consultant and coordinator, Serpil Kargin, the Adem and Havva Hair Clinic Office manager, and finally our driver, Mr. Zafer who was very kind and helped me with all my transportation and covid testing needs to return back to the USA.

The choice was made from three popular hair transplant clinics - price / quality. Used the bookimed platform. After receiving individual programs from clinics, it turned out that only the Soho clinic was similar to the individual one! + good price and an hour of consultation with a clinic representative did their job! There were many questions and doubts, such as a fresh website and an Instagram page created at the end of 2021! But despite everything and the fact that Soho was the only one who asked for an advance payment before the operation, I did it! The operation took place on January 31, 2022! Behind almost 7 months! The specialists of the clinic are in touch with me at every important period of this difficult process! Although until the result, which, according to the clinic, I will be proud of for another 2 months, the effect is already huge! I'm happy to see what's going on! I liked everything from the meeting at the airport to the very departure! Constant attention, care, attitude at a high level! Despite the fact that I refused to buy a vitamin complex from the doctor for 350 €) I definitely recommend it! And yes, before the transplant, the doctor told me that 3800 grafts would be transplanted, but it turned out in the process 4200 !! This quantity is backed by a lifetime warranty! Tablets, daily transfers, accessories (such as special pillows for sleeping), shampoos - without any additional payments! I only spent the agreed amount! All good)

There are a number of points that confused me greatly. 1 When the price was negotiated, 1400 euros were declared for the whole head, but only half was made to me and they said that they could no longer take the grafts in the donor zone and as a result they could finish the grafts only after half a year, and I doubt very much that the second procedure will be included in initial cost. 2 I was promised that the operation would be performed by Dr. Sofia Kurt, but in reality her participation was limited to 10 minutes out of 5 hours, the rest of the time I was occupied by 2 girls who are not even doctors, but simply technicians. Otherwise, everything was at the level, and now in touch - they advise when necessary.

How safe is the procedure?

Patients consistently report that hair transplant procedures in Turkey are performed safely with proper protocols. Reviews highlight that clinics use 'new and sterile' instruments and conduct required blood tests for hepatitis and HIV before surgery. Some noted occasional communication gaps about pre-procedure requirements, though medical teams handled everything professionally once at the clinic. Patients describe operations as 'absolutely painless' with effective anesthesia, and many emphasize experiencing 'no complications' during or after their procedures. The medical staff demonstrate clear expertise, with one patient noting the team 'worked 100%' throughout the process.

Coordinator Olha was very patient with my questions and requests, over a long period of time, as I was very apprehensive about booking. We eventually agreed upon a clinic which suited me and my needs. Everything went smoothly until the morning of my procedure, when I was told by the doctor that they could not perform the procedure due to the fact that I was taking Asprin. This information was given to Olha, who in turn was to ask the clinic. I was informed that the clinic agreed to proceed even though I was taking Asprin, I was happy with this as other clinics would not. This was nearly a completely wasted trip for my wife and myself. I had to sign a waiver at the clinic to proceed, which I did, and everything went fine. Better communication between Bookimed and Clinic is a must. The hotel that was organised for our stay was very adequate, but definitely needs better soundproofing. Staff and location was great.

I was not warned that the test for hepatitis C and HIV should be taken in advance. The clinic does not check PCR, they only do a test. And if there are antibodies to hepatitis cured, you are considered contagious in them, which means that this is a different price and other doctors. I did not get what I expected for the price and did not receive the staff I expected either.

Good afternoon, I was very pleased with the service: the consultant-translator was always in touch, the staff was often ready to meet halfway when planning sightseeing and moving around the city. At the same time, it was time to go about your business and relax in a wonderful room. Already in the hospital, the procedure itself was chaotic, not always hygienic (when taking my blood, the nurse did not have gloves, and she had to close the cannula valve, touching my blood. I have no blood-borne diseases, but this could still be a risk for her ). In general, the operation went according to plan, as I imagined. Now I'm waiting for the results.

Good afternoon, I want to tell you about my pleasant surprise about a trip to Istanbul, with the aim of hair transplants. This is not my first experience, I have already transplanted 9 years ago in Moscow. I was satisfied with the result, but when I contacted Estetic international clinic, first of all I was very surprised by the price, the price was two times lower than in Moscow. Contacting the clinic very quickly received an on-line consultation, where he voiced his wishes. After the girl contacted me, she introduced herself as my curator with the clinic. I was very pleased with the quality of the procedure, the attitude of the doctor, nurses, administrators. Everything went great and absolutely painless. The first time after transplantation, I had a very strong swelling, as I was cut. This time, the hair was transplanted without a cut, and after the procedure, the necessary drugs were prescribed, there was no swelling at all. I highly recommend this clinic.

Doctor and staff were great. Would definitely recommend to others. Ensure you are COVID free before you travel as the clinic will cancel your op if you arrive positive to protect their staff and other patients.

Is the procedure or recovery painful?

Patients consistently describe the anesthesia injections as the most challenging part—one called them 'very painful,' while another said they were 'more unpleasant than painful.' Once the anesthesia takes effect, the transplant process itself becomes 'painless' or involves only mild sensations like 'piercing cardboard with a pen.' Some noted occasional scheduling delays, though the medical care remained professional throughout. The first night post-procedure can involve headaches and discomfort, but patients report this subsides quickly. As one put it, 'everything is tolerable'—the brief injection discomfort is followed by hours of comfortable, pain-free treatment.

My wife made a surprise - a trip to Turkey and a hair transplant. I found out about this within a few hours. I liked the clinic. We met at the airport. True, there was a tire puncture and we sold it in about 40 minutes. We were given 5 stars. Quite good with a good breakfast. It is not located in the very center, but getting there by taxi is no problem. About 20 minutes. The transplant took about 6 hours. First, they take blood for analysis. AIDS and all that. Then they shave. Next, a lot of anesthesia is injected into the donor area. 30 injections. More unpleasant than painful. Then they begin to shave and pull out the follicles. They said they took 4500. I didn’t count. Next, about 30 injections into the transplant area. Well, they start planting follicles like mushrooms. It feels like you're piercing cardboard with a pen. No pain. Between procedures they provide excellent food. Then bandage and go home. This is the most unpleasant and painful topic an hour before the end. The painkillers began to wear off and this was much worse than the injections themselves. But everything is tolerable. Childbirth is probably more painful. I liked everything except the woman doctor. She addressed me not as a patient, but as a bad boss addressing a subordinate. Always twice, but that was enough for me. "Mister, stand up!" the tone of the German officer is not exactly what I would like to hear. But the translator Olga worked 200%. She still supervises me and is always in touch. The director is a great guy. By the way, the assistant is also great. I recommend the clinic. The wife is smart. A good choice and most importantly, they didn’t try to bully me about the need for two trips for an amount many times more than I paid. I will see the result only in a year. In the meantime, only 12 days have passed. And, for the first time, it will be very difficult to sleep on your back. It's not a dream. You need to make sure you don’t scratch your head, lie down on it, and so on. But it's worth it. Good luck.

The hotel is 4 stars, the room is good but overlooking the window of the room opposite, breakfasts mediocre, at check-in required a deposit of $ 100, which did not tell the staff of the clinic (but all promptly decided and settled me without a deposit, this is an obvious plus). The name of the clinic is not Adam and Eve, but Scala. The procedure is very heavy anaesthesia local and very painful, and from the middle and to the end of the procedure, painkillers are not administered and the whole head hurts very much. The doctor hardly appears during the procedure, the whole operation is carried out by young assistants. The interpreter is not always nearby and you have to communicate with the staff in English. From the documents they provide a certificate for the transplanted grafts and a receipt of payment, do not wait for the contract. After the operation there was no consultation with the doctor, they made a photo and said everything was fine. Transfer budget Renault not high, comfort rating 4. It was not comfortable to go after the operation (because the zone of transplantation is open and you can not touch anything) pills, sprays, inflatable pillow issued. Accompaniment after the operation: after 2.5 weeks wrote the curator with a question about how I feel (before that no one showed interest), I answered immediately, described the feelings, but this dialogue ended, they are not interested in you after receiving money.

Good day to all, so it was like this with a friend, we decided to transplant hair on the Internet, found all the information of interest, wrote, as a result, the Russian-speaking employee of the Hair clinic in the person of Olga contacted me, we discussed everything Olga answered all our questions and we went into standby mode , a month later we bought tickets and flew in for operations, the transfer is easy and understandable, nothing complicated after 15 minutes of waiting, we were already going to the hotel, 45 minutes and we were at the hotel, settled in 2 minutes, the room is a standard room with two beds, a bathroom, a toilet, we have a room was on the 16th floor, the breakfast is delicious and free ₽) I recommend visiting the restaurant at the reception very tasty and for an adequate price, so we woke up and had breakfast and Olga came to the clinic to help us, we arrived and saw a bunch of young people ₽) settled all the formalities and, as they say, away we go ₽) right now I’ll tell you about the procedure itself, who is afraid or in doubt, don’t be afraid, it hurt me when they did anesthesia well b ol is tolerable and not constant for 1-2 seconds until the entire head area is pierced, after anesthesia there is already no pain, just let's say unpleasant sensations well, it doesn't hurt) the most difficult thing for me was just lying down for a long time and motionless, it turned out to be more difficult than I thought) well, I still had 6200 crafts, this added 3.5-4 hours to my procedure, well, they made me a dropper and I took a nap for a couple of hours, if it weren’t for the dropper I wouldn’t have been able to lie down for so long) the team of doctors are all young, well, this is for the quality of work All good fellows and all know the work does not affect! It was fun at the procedure, the doctors changed, someone came singing songs) someone came with music) they worked, some came, others work, the doctor himself (the main one) did the most important work - holes for future hair) everything else was done by his assistants, in the end my friend I waited 4 hours because I had a lot of work and a lot of crafts, we were fed 2 times in the clinic, in the end the moment came when it was all over) at first impression everything is super, everything is exactly neat, I was satisfied with everything! The first night was the most unpleasant, I had a headache and hardly slept, but the next day the pain went away and everything became normal except for sleep, it should be exclusively on the back! We had a rest, then they came for us and took us to the airport, right now I’m going through rehabilitation at home ₽) in the end I want to add everything went perfectly human attitude, the most important assistant is Olga thanks to her ₽) we arrived at 2 am and she was in touch) asked for bottles for shampoo, since there is no luggage, Olga organized bottles for us and they brought them to the hotel, told where to go for a walk, what to see, in general, during our stay, Olga was our friend! There are various rumors that there is an unfriendly attitude towards the Russians in Turkey, nothing of the kind, as always, quietly, peacefully and calmly, I have never met any Russophobic hints at all! So to everyone who participated in this event, I will say thank you!! Everything went just fine &) we are waiting for the result! Thank you !

Hello! All liked it. At the airport I was met by the driver and taken to the hotel. The hotel is comfortable next to the clinic. In the morning, the same driver brought me to the clinic. My English is bad, so at the clinic I was met by a manager with an interpreter. After consultation, I passed a blood test and after 15 minutes began the procedure. The most unpleasant thing is when anesthesia is administered, the transplant process itself is painless. After the transplant, they were given all the necessary medicines and taken to the hotel. In the next two days, they were brought to the clinic for treatment of the head for 30 minutes, the rest of the time was free. On the fourth day after the final examination, I purchased a hair care kit (shampoo, oils and vitamins) at the clinic and the driver took me to the airport. A month has passed since the transplant, so I can't say for sure about the result, but in my opinion everything is taking root well and the result will be visible in a few months. The staff is well-coordinated and friendly, they did everything quickly and professionally. I traveled on the recommendation of a friend who transplanted at this clinic a year ago.

Whether it's the doctors, nurses or reception staff, many other hospitals should take inspiration from the Turkish hospital model
The quality of the hospital service is second to none, with well-organised, highly competent services that are always available to patients. Whether it's the doctors, nurses or reception staff, many other hospitals should take inspiration from the Turkish hospital model. The hospitals are like luxury hotels, you feel good, you are looked after and followed throughout your stay. Finally, the money I spent there was really justified. Thank you to everyone who looked after me during my 14-day stay. Of course I recommend Istanbul Memorial Hospital. Antonio. M

Dr Hakan in particular, he was very attentive, friendly and open, explained everything and took care of us
I am grateful to bookmed for helping me choose a clinic. Everything that was promised was fulfilled in full! We were met and organised everything very efficiently in terms of time. The interpreter Akilai was very good, she solved all our queries and questions very quickly and was available 24/7. Dr Hakan - hair transplant and Dr Ibrahim Renoseptoplasty are very competent. I would like to mention Dr Hakan in particular, he was very attentive, friendly and open, explained everything and took care of us...The doctors did a great job and now everything depends on how carefully their recommendations will be followed during the rehabilitation period.

My hair transplant experience in Turkey at Quartz Clinic Ahlem raddaoui was excellent — great medical service and professional staff
My hair transplant experience in Turkey at Quartz Clinic Ahlem raddaoui was excellent — great medical service and professional staff. The only thing that could be improved is communication. They say support is available 24/7 via WhatsApp, but in reality, it seems there are specific hours when responses are quicker. It would help to know the real support hours. Overall, very positive experience — just make sure you can communicate in English (or Turkish), otherwise it might be a bit tricky... I recommand

Very pleased with the way everything went
Very pleased with the way everything went. Excellent organisation and attitude to the patient. The procedure itself is not very painful, everything is very calm (it only hurts when the anaesthetic is injected). The doctor prepares the channels for the hair herself. Excellent hotel, impeccable transfers and support from the organiser/translator. It's too early to tell about the results, but so far everything looks good. My only regret is that they didn't add hair on the temples. I wish the doctor had noticed that too. Very grateful to all the staff.

The wife is smart
Good luck.

Thank you very much to her for her timely and quick help throughout the entire period
About Bookimed service
The support was at the highest level....The girl Natalia, who guided me, was simply super...Always ready to come to the rescue at any moment and quickly resolve all issues that arise...A professional with a capital P, without her, or rather her help, It would be very difficult for us, or rather, impossible, to organize such a wonderful tour... Thanks to those people who created such a platform of help...

Some colleagues have already asked for recommendations and I was happy to give them
This is the first time I went to another country to have surgery and, for the first time, I went to Turkey. So I was very nervous. But from the preparation to the arrival by chat, to the arrangements on the spot: airport transfer, hotel, travelling to the dressing, I was fully under the care of the clinic staff. I knew what the next step was, what time it would be, when to take what medication, how the operation would go, etc. I knew everything. I was carefully guided through these few days, as if by the hand. The hotel where I was accommodated also took my needs into account: I had to work and the clinic staff booked a room with a desk, which was very important for my comfort during work. The clinic staff were helpful, professional, communicative and friendly. When I left, I tried to find anything that could have been improved and I realised that it would be very difficult to make a complaint - everything was done to the best of my ability. Some colleagues have already asked for recommendations and I was happy to give them.
About Bookimed service
Everything was very clear: I asked a question and input on the desired countries - we were looking at Poland and Turkey. I received several offers, with a clear description of what was included in the offer. I chose the right offer and used it. In my opinion, it couldn't be more perfect.

Patience shown by Olha answering my many questions and helping me to organise my trip
The fact that the procedure was nearly cancelled due to incorrect information

Everything was super, I was picked up from the airport and brought directly to the hotel. Everyone was very friendly from the driver to the hotel staff. Special thanks to Bee Bee who always answered questions correctly, accompanied me all the time and even often came to the operating room to support me, ask how I was feeling and if I needed to translate anything to the doctors. In general, everything is fine, I was given a lot of medicines and hair transplant care products after the procedure. It's too early to talk about the results, if possible, I will update the comment in six months to share more detailed information about care, etc. Teşekkür ederim.

I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant
I had a hair transplant in May 2024. I can confidently recommend this clinic, as well as Dr. Oya Sisman, who led the procedure. Oya is a world-class professional showing the utmost care for patients. Translator Varvara was also a great help. I am very pleased with the results: my hair has grown excellently since the procedure. The service was also top-notch: the hotel was excellent, the clinic responded to any questions at any time, and the airport transfer was seamless. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant. Remember, transplanted hair fully grows in about six months.
Professional doctors, professional translator, high-quality service, excellent hotel, low price.
The equipment in the clinic is not the newest, and the pain-relieving injections are VERY painful.

All the days I spent here, I was supported. There were always translators nearby. I recommend that anyone else who has the same problem should decide to undergo surgery. ❤️
