I’m giving five stars for Dr. Ianus’ work because his surgical work is truly remarkable. Dr. Ianus is kind, gentle, extremely professional, and meticulous in everything he does. The person who supported me through BookMed was Tetiana, and she was absolutely flawless. From the very beginning, I felt guided and safe. From Dr. Ianus’ team in Istanbul, Lara was the one assisting me — and she is a very warm, empathetic person who was always available to help with whatever I needed. I also want to highlight the hotel offered by the team, Modus Hotel. The staff there were very helpful and attentive, especially after I returned from surgery. Even though I traveled alone, I could count on their kindness and support throughout. That said, I want to leave a sincere piece of advice: if you’re planning to have a more extensive surgery — like I did (involving multiple areas) — be aware that the first two days can be quite challenging, both physically and emotionally. In such cases, I strongly recommend that you are not alone at the hospital. Having someone with you can make a big difference.
