Service is brilliant. Picked up from Airport and taken to hotel. Next day picked up for surgery and was welcomed by the most friendliest staff. Their service has been 10/10.

I have been there for administrational purposes. Such a cool and posh place, people are so nice and professional. Great quality and service. And it houses Divan Cofee which is delicious. I felt special.

The hospital is nice and clean but there are some nurses very cold and most of them are not soeaking English.
U had a surgery there and my worst moment was in the surgery room where the people were so cold instead of sharing some love with the patients before surgery.
They can only just smile it doesnt heart! Even do I have a very strong personality in moment like that you want to se some positive face and kindness.
The lady that was taking care of me was very cold and looking kind of bad. I cant complain about my doctor, he was great but he is not a part of that hospital.
The day shift nurses were also not very nice but there was one during the night and he was an example how it should be. He was using translator, he was very positive and always willing to help( which was not an example with the ones during the day).
The food was poor for a hospital like this one. I foubd out that I cant have tea right after the surgery and they brought me tea for breakfast. Most of them were knocking on the door but there were some that were going inside without knocking which is not ok!
They need to work on the English language part. We had translator for some part of the stay, he was amazing but he cant not be always with us.

Been here for 3 separate occasions(4,7,10 days) both inpatient and companion.
Doctor’s and some of the nurses are very good and caring but this review is for academic hospital
the hospital services are laughable for a private hospital. They claim it has “best hospital” award as you can see on the picture attached.
You should get ready for some critical downsides for your time being an inpatient here.
1. Hospital don’t have free parking (it doesn’t matter if you are inpatient or limited time for free) but there is valet for $$$ or there is a private car park.
2. %70 Rooms are architecturally wrong (there are 60x60 columns in the middle of the rooms.) you should check before you check in.
3. Food is below average for a private hospital (there is a separate restaurant if you are willing to pay $$$) its like a university dining hall.
4. No drinking water, kettle, coffee machine, any kind of offering included in the rooms. But there is one(1) water fountain on each floor. You can bring your own tea or coffee.
5. Free wi-fi is a joke. You fill a form with name Id number for security and logging purposes. All streaming platforms are blocked. All games requiring connection are blocked. All crypto platforms are blocked. They even blocked ChatGPT. Google app is blocked too. If you are working remotely this place is a nightmare.
Whats the purpose of offering free wi-fi if I can only check my email.
I recommend the hospital management team to check other private hospitals in Istanbul for some insight.
Some examples from my other experiences
1. I can choose from a list of food for the next day (3 courses) and i feel some kind of special. It’s not a big thing
2. Free parking just for inpatients (EV charging stations)
3. No blocking on WiFi or download limit for busy hours.
4. Just a kettle or similar device. And some consumables with cups just like in a proper hotel room.
After all maybe you are the best hospital 20 years ago but this is not what you are now.
I talked about this with PR and I wish some of them would be fixed.
PS. I even can’t post this review it’s blocked.
