1. Questions about the medical equipment in the operating theatre 2. Issues with the organisation of the operation when outsiders enter the operating theatre and the door to the operating theatre is open wide open 3. Questions about the attempt to substitute one type of operation for another. 4. 4. Questions about the amount of post-operative medication given out, which is not enough for the required number of days of administration. 5. Questions to the organisation: I was forced to eat a dry breakfast on the day of the operation, because they rushed the time of the start, but in fact before the operation half an hour of time was wasted on waiting and just at this time it was possible to have a full breakfast. 6. Questions about the speed of delivery from the airport to the hotel. 150 km/h journey speed is not safe. 6. No questions only about the hotel. Novotel exceeded all my expectations.

My coordinator, Maryam was very professional and made my entire experience very comfortable. The doctor, and staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have already recommended two of my friends to this clinic.

The level of coordination of all parties involved that made my trip very smooth. I was there for only two days and they managed to plan everything according to my schedule.

Following up with the patient after the procedure to address any questions they have can be improved.

Very pleased with the way everything went

Very pleased with the way everything went. Excellent organisation and attitude to the patient. The procedure itself is not very painful, everything is very calm (it only hurts when the anaesthetic is injected). The doctor prepares the channels for the hair herself. Excellent hotel, impeccable transfers and support from the organiser/translator. It's too early to tell about the results, but so far everything looks good. My only regret is that they didn't add hair on the temples. I wish the doctor had noticed that too. Very grateful to all the staff.

This is the first time I went to another country to have surgery and, for the first time, I went to Turkey. So I was very nervous. But from the preparation to the arrival by chat, to the arrangements on the spot: airport transfer, hotel, travelling to the dressing, I was fully under the care of the clinic staff. I knew what the next step was, what time it would be, when to take what medication, how the operation would go, etc. I knew everything. I was carefully guided through these few days, as if by the hand. The hotel where I was accommodated also took my needs into account: I had to work and the clinic staff booked a room with a desk, which was very important for my comfort during work. The clinic staff were helpful, professional, communicative and friendly. When I left, I tried to find anything that could have been improved and I realised that it would be very difficult to make a complaint - everything was done to the best of my ability. Some colleagues have already asked for recommendations and I was happy to give them.
