This a not an organised hospital. It’s a shame as it has huge potential, but the very poor communications, disorganised approach and quality of food both for patients and visitors (cafe) really lets it down. There is almost an apathy in patient relationships. Given the main issue in most hospitals is the same, having to pay a premium rate at Teknon for the same poor service is a really sad state of affairs. It can be fixed, but it needs a management and medical team committed to patient centric behaviours and not just passively ignoring obvious problems. Ignorance is no excuse, in fact it’s probably the main problem. Best try and find a hospital that is proactive at patient care and communication. It’s not here.

I have never seen a worse place. Wait 3 hours for a consultation for 200€ and still not get it. If you respect yourself and your time, don't even consider this clinic. I wanted to have an operation here, 10,000€ is not a small amount of money for ordinary people. I am a person who has money and who is ready to pay, but such an attitude at the beginning makes it clear what will happen next. A clinic for suckers! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! There are much better places in Spain..

I was reffered to here by ChatGPT, but when I saw their notice on the website that says 'During August we can't respond to your queries via the sign up form, instead call', you know exactly what this place is like and how you will feel there. Just another messy, toxic hospital in Barcelona, like there are many out there. Forms should be easier to attend than phone calls! Also it's 2025, having a website and a form is beyond basic and not being able to offer that as a PRIVATE hospital means you're 100% incompetent and don't deserve my money. 2 stars because I didn't experience full care.

I am trying to make an appointment for two days. First, when you click on 3 to get attended in English they always connect you to Spanish. Second, today when they connected me to appropriate ambulant a woman asked me if I speak Spanish and when I said no she hanged up the phone even tho she spoke with me up until then in English. It says it's international hospital? Very, very rude behaviour. Never experienced anything like this.

During my pregnancy my doctora was
Dra Laura Guirado Manchon. Without a doubt, she is the best doctor i have ever met. I can't be more grateful. She is very kind, caring. I normally have anxiety but never got worried during the pregnancy and the c section operation. Her team Cristina (i don't know the names of the assistances in front desk) they were super kind, helpful,amazing people. I would give 10/10 to the hospital teknon in maternity care and recommend everyone. Thank you Dra Laura ❤️
