Don’t fall into the positive reviews here, 90% written by employees! I found this place on Google when my sister was visiting me in Phuket for the limited time. She was looking to get face rejuvenation and lip filler procedures. They accepted her on weekend. After a quick consultation they said that the doctor has time at the moment. My sister got Radiesse and Juvederm lip filler. Prices were pretty high ( 30000 Tbh for Radiesse and 16000 for Juvederm) and when I asked the sales lady convinced me that they have the best doctor here with 30 years experience, that’s why their prices are higher than others. And I convinced because we were looking for someone experienced. Usually when you take this kind of injections, doctor gives you the information about the solution/medication, explain you the expected results, complications, risks and having you to read and sign the written consent form. None of this happened in this place. Doctor and the staff knew that my sister will have a flight after 3 days back to her home country. As soon as my sister arrived home she called me crying that all the Radiesse is gathered in one side of her face, she can even feel the liquid is moving under her skin when she walks. For the record Radiesse is not a filler, it supposed to improve the collagen production. I immediately contacted to the clinic and they said it’s a swallow and if she do some massage it will go away. 1 week passed, my sister did massage every day and it didn’t go away. I messaged to the clinic again in the morning. They got back to me after 7 hours that doctor is not in the clinic now and she will get back after 2 days. It’s been about 3 weeks now that my sister got those injections, that liquid which is gathered on one line on her face ( right side) doesn’t go away. She went to see the cosmetologist in US, they are asking about the serial numbers of the Juvederm and the Radiesse, but Blue Icon “clinic” is not able to give me that information, and they never given anything. I went to the clinic, there were only the receptionist, and said she can’t do anything. Now I don’t know what to do and my only option is to make a claim with the tourist police. Note: I can see now the pictures on the reviews, they all are employees there. Please be careful. They won’t give you any guarantee.
