In general had a great experience

I had a Rhinoplasty done. Everything went on well. Starting from a driver picking up from the airport. Communication throughout between representative and myself was without any delays. Representative was able to give/find the answers within appropriate time frame. The surgeon was very friendly and was happy to answer all of he questions. The hospital was clean. Hospital staff were friendly and always had smile on their faces. Hotel was acceptable. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely. Some of the mail staff would benefit from being a little more friendly. In general had a great experience.

About Bookimed service

In general had a great experience. To improve at the hospital need to give a copy of the signed agreement to the client’s or at least offer a copy as everything was happening very quickly and not enough time was given to look at all the documentation. Communication and support was great. Claudia was very helpful throughout the day hole experience. Thank you. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Communication with the Clinic was very hard. The translation was very low quality and hard to communicate. As well it takes more than a week to give me instructions about after-surgery treatment when I ask and remind several times in messages.
