I’d like to write my experience in my dental treatment with Professor Doutor Genilson Neto because it was extremely well successful. He restored my chew function in a couple of weeks (I was about to travel abroad), in spite all dental implants I have in my 74 yo.
You don’t feel tired after a session, because his surgery room is clean as it must be and very pleasant, with well-chosen ambient music. His Assistant is efficient and so much gentle.
The fee was affordable, and he allow me to parcel it.

Excellent clinic with amazing professionals!
I came in with terrible wisdom tooth pain, and they kindly fit me in between other appointments to see me as soon as possible — I’m very grateful for that. Professor Neto was able to assess the situation without even needing an X-ray and immediately suggested a solution. The procedure was done right away, and just a few days later I already felt so much better. Now I feel great! I’m very thankful to Professor Neto and also to the manager Tiago for their help and support.

Excellent service. An appointment was immediately arranged, a team of professionals made a careful diagnosis, counseled me about different treatment strategies and started endodontological treatment right away (root canal), with adequate follow-up advises. All this was done in English, and the price was much less than expected. I can only recommend this team!

I had a disappointing experience with this dental clinic regarding my dental implant procedures, both of which did not succeed.
The first implant fell out shortly after the procedure. As I was traveling abroad, I had to urgently find another dentist to remove the implant and crown. After returning and consulting with the clinic, the dentist mentioned that the failure might have been related to teeth grinding at night.
A few months later, I underwent a second implant procedure at the same clinic. From the start, I experienced persistent discomfort. I consulted with several other dentists, who advised me to wait and observe. Unfortunately, six months later, the second implant also fell out without any clear cause. Once again, I had to seek another dentist to remove it. When I requested a refund from the clinic, my request was declined.
While it’s possible that I may not have been an ideal candidate for dental implants, I did have another implant successfully placed at a different clinic during this period, which has been functioning well with no issues and comes with a three-year warranty.
