The best part is seeing my neck bands gone already

For anyone considering a neck lift, here’s my balanced take. The surgeon and medical staff were very good, and I’m happy I went with the deep plane technique. The best part is seeing my neck bands gone already. That's a big win. However, the clinic itself was a real letdown and didn't match the quality of the medical team, which is why I can't give a higher overall rating. Recovery is a process; my neck feels comfortably snug and my incisions are still quite red, while the constant compression garment has been the most challenging part. It's a complex recommendation because the surgical care was solid but the facility was not.

The medical staff were wonderful. The nurses were so kind and encouraging. I really felt supported by them

Providing a speedy response to relatives when procedures take considerably longer than anticipated (8hrs versus 3hrs projected). Understanding the anxiety caused by the extra time taken and making it a priority to communicate to relatives waiting for updates.

My experience was amazing. Dr Mustafa was incredible and made me feel completely at ease, and the nurses were so kind and caring throughout the whole process. My medical coordinator, Lara, was absolutely amazing and supported me every step of the way. The surgery has come out perfectly, exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with my results. I’m so grateful to the whole team for making my dream come true, and giving me my confidence back ☺️❤️. I am still slightly bruised and swollen in the “after” picture I have added, but the difference speaks for itself!!!

It was a good choice

What worried me most was how the recovery would go and how much pain I would be in. To my relief, it turned out to be quite bearable. At this stage of healing, the biggest source of discomfort has been the irritation from the plaster, rather than the pain from the operation itself, which came as a pleasant surprise to me. My surgeon used the anchor lift technique and Mentor implants, and I had complete confidence in his approach. My nipples are healing well, although it is still too early to judge the final shape of my breasts. The entire clinic staff were very attentive and supportive every step of the way. It was a good choice.

I’m absolutely delighted with my experience🥰🥰🥰 Right from the start, the coordinators were always in touch, helping with any queries and supporting me every step of the way. The clinic is very clean, modern and cosy, and the staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. A special thank you to the doctor – a true professional with a golden touch. The organisation of the trip, the transfer, the accommodation — everything was thought through down to the smallest detail. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, even though I travelled there alone and was worried about how it would go. I am very happy with the result; everything looks beautiful and natural. Thank you to the whole team for their professionalism, care and warm attitude ❤️
